Excellent value for what you pay in Zurich. We were very pleasantly surprised, considering the negative reviews from other guests, which I cannot understand. The price is great, the location is wonderful (you can reach downtown Zurich on foot), the rooms are very clean and organized. Indeed, the breakfast is quite simple and could be better, but the highlight was the great friendliness of Mrs. Dina at breakfast service. All the other staff were also very polite and attentive. Thank you very much! We will definitely return.

Great location. Tram was nearby and also the city Center was in walking distance. Rooms are small but very comfortable and well designed. Coffee and tea and snacks available all day long.

The staff are very friendly, lovely people.
The room was very nice and comfortable.
The location was great. About a 100 meters from the closest tram station which takes about 15 minutes if that to get to the city centre.
Some good supermarkets nearby and a sports stadium too.
You had some great English tv channels 😁👍🏻

Location was not exactly in the city centre but is easily accessible via public transport. Other than that, all is well as the room and living room are both very spacious so no problem fitting the three of us. Has no ac (this is known when booking) but do have fan which is perfectly fine for us as well!

1) Location is number one reason you'd wanna stay here. Right close to train station - maximum 5 mins walk.
2) Close to trams and hotels/ pubs.
3) When you take a turn you are in the Zurich city centre with Zurich river, lake is 10 mins walk and major sights in Zurich.
4) Staff was friendly even though I only had 2 interactions one for check in and check out each
5) Breakfast was really good with nice coffees made to order, fresh scrambled eggs and some other varieties like pancakes sausages accompaniments.

The appartment is large, almost too large (see below). The location is fine, very close to the park and river. The city center and main train station are also in a walking distance. The neighborhood itself is also fine. Most of the windows face quite busy street but they are sufficiently sound-isolated. Beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are very fancy and fully equipped.

Great location in the city centre, ten minutes walk to old town, lot of restaurants and bars in neighbour streets, railway station is less then ten minutes walk (just cross the bridge), tram stop almost in from of the hotel. Breakfast was good, not full english breakfast, but still good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice small room with a kettle, tea and instant coffee. Hotel and room was clean.
