Sandra helped us with a full day Torres del Paine tour. It was excellent. Hospitality!!! Everything has been ideal.

Felipe was very kind and helpful (thanks again for the help). Breakfast was also rich enough which isn’t a guaranteed thing in South America. I would’t mind staying longer but I had time only for one night.

We had the luck to have a small "family museum tour" from Maria del Rosario self and we were totally delighted to see how much love and effort were put in this hotel. + The breakfast was the best we had in our tour and we stayed before in some other bigger well known hotels. Considering that in South America there is not much use to have big breakfast, we were surprised about all what was offered and the different and lot of delicious and self made stuff. You are asked if you want to have eggs and if you do, they prepare them fresh and the way you want. This is something maybe common in higher star hotels and surprised us here very positively. The also had self-made pies and marmalade but if you prefer packaged products, you had them too. + The peace and AMAZING views!! From every part of the room. Even a small window at the shower which allows you to have a shower with view (but enough privacy!) + Price-performance ratio, TOP!
