Beautiful apartments, very comfortable beds, high-quality renovation, everything is clean. There is a road nearby, and we were worried it would be noisy, but it’s very well-made, and it was very quiet. The location is great, and free parking is very convenient.

Suite was extremely spacious. Cocktails from the bar were very good. Easy walk to costanera center and metros. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to checkin extremely early which was a huge bonus.

Location the best u can find. Staff Amazing and soo helpful. Ignacia on reception was soo helpful. I left something in the hotel and she went out of her way and found it for me. Great experience. Thankyou ignacia )not sure how to spell her name)

Absolutely stunning hotel with staff to match. The food was amazing as was the decor and layout of the hotel. The location is perfect and in an area where you can walk to a large mall and around the streets safely. Easy to use Uber and taxis to get to other locations. Don’t even conserve starting anywhere else.

The restaurant was exceptionally good for dinner. Best food we had in Santiago. Breakfast was great too. With good choices of even steamed vegetables and very nice quality nuts. All Hotel personnel world excellent helpful and fast.
