The hotel has a great location, quiet and really safe, streets are really green and easy to walk. The room was perfect, bed really comfortable, spacious room. The whole team was always ready to help with a very positive attitude. Breakfast was perfect too as it was the staff in the restaurant, truly attentive. The hotel has the perfect location to visit the main spots in Medellín, a metro station a mere 10 mins walk which serves the one of the main lines. All in all, a little gem of a hotel in Medellín. Saludo a Christopher who went the extra mile lending us his spare metro card for the duration of our stay. Gracias a todo el equipo!!

The Hotel offers Free WiFi, a fitness center and a spa. Loved the location. This was our first time in Colombia, so we were glad to be able to walk to restaurants and night life. The hotel staff was exceptional - from the bell person to the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff - were all very friendly and welcoming. They suggested excursions we can do to enjoy more of Medellin. We are very appreciative of them. We will definitely stay at this property again. I also liked that this was not a cookie cutter hotel, there are many aspects of the culture of Colombia , captured throughout the property. Also, the bartenders made the best drinks! The hotel helped us with connecting with our driver, Miguel. He was the absolute best! He was punctual, funny, kind, and helped us to explore the city.
