The apartment was modern, clean, very spacious and comfortable. The communication was very prompt and nice, as were the reception staff. The beds were very comfy. Everything was finished to a very high standard, loved the velux blinds. Everything was perfect !!! Thank you.

The place is very special, you will be living in a castle for real, the area is just magnificent, there is no need to go anywhere else, we wished we had more time to explore the surroundings! Stuff is extremely approachable and friendly, breakfast was just excellent!

Great and very comfortable themed rooms. The room has a functioning music player in retro style. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Free parking near the hotel. The breakfast is varied, kids really liked donuts. I had to contact the staff, who helped and resolved the issue immediately! The first and very successful self-check in experience. At the entrance to the hotel there is a device where you need to enter your data and pay for the accommodation and get the key. Shopping moll, restaurant, and kids Adventure parks are situated right next to the hotel.

Located in the historical centre of Znojmo in a reconstructed building dated back to the 15th century, Penzion Kaplanka is set 400 metres from the castle and houses a wine bar.

The hotel's location is excellent, the views from the windows and terrace are beautiful. Very good and plentiful breakfast. The private parking lot is small, but everyone can fit in.
