There is no staff there at the hotel itself but they were extremely helpful and responsive via messages on the Booking app. The room was lovely and so practical. The kitchen had everything (and was quite helpful with making food there since Copenhagen is a bit expensive for eating out all the time). We requested a baby cot, and they also included the chair without us even asking which was so nice and helpful. The location is perfectly situated near a metro stop that is near the airport and also the downtown and tourist spots.
