Our very considerate and accommodating hostess Janice thoughtfully prepared for us a lovely welcome pack. The freshly baked home bread was a nice touch. Attention to details make this property stand out among the rest. The fridge was well stocked with a full bottle of milk, two full bottles of orange juice. a tray full of coffee/tea/billie…and the jam!! We got the chance to chat with Janice and she is genuinely considerate of her guests. When we are back in the area we will surely book for more nights. Thanks again Janice!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Caledonian. The rooms were very clean and warm - which was lovely given the cold weather outside. The location was great for exploring the Isle of Skye and the parking space at the back of the accomodation made things very convenient. We did struggle to get into the parking space when the roads were icy as we did not have a 4WD or snow tires. There are no lifts but there are only around six steps to the rooms from the back door by the parking lot. There were a lot of options provided for breakfast and everything was delicious. Everyone was incredibly nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

It can be a real home for a few days while we explore the area. The view is excellent - you rarely see a beautiful landscape, waterside and roe deer 20 meters from the window at the same time. Elgol Bistro is highly recommended in Elgol - it is worth booking in advance. But the biggest surprise is Ruth, the host. She helped us feel comfortable from the first minute. The facilities of the accommodation are excellent, food and drinks are prepared. She invited us to the village evening, where we met a very cheerful and close-knit community. Thanks for everything!

To Bracadale House είναι σε Port na Long, σε Νήσος Σκάι και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Fiskavaig Bay Beach. Wayne is a fantastic and very attentive host, and our stay at Bracadale House was amazing. The house is quite remote, but beautiful and very peaceful. The breakfast was simple, but sufficient. Our room was clean and large enough. The ensuite bathroom was modern and spacious. We had initially booked a boat tour which unfortunately got canceled due to the strong winds, and Wayne was amazing with helping us plan an alternative day. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're ever traveling to the Isle of Skye, do yourself a favor and stay at Bracadale House!

OMG, this tiny home was amazing. Staying here on Skye was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The view was to die for, we never even considered turning on the TV. We spent the evenings watching the sunsets over the water and mountains. I can't wait to return. Now the specifics.... the home is indeed small, but nicely laid out. The bedroom is up a set of stairs and the firm bed is low to the floor. There are large boxes under the bed for storing clothing, which worked well. We put our luggage in the car. There are a few un-carpeted stairs which can be slippery in stocking feet and no handrail so descend cautiously - we didn't have a problem. The bathroom is interesting with the toilet/sink one one side of the hall and the shower on the other, good use of space. The kitchen in small, but well equipped for cooking. Frazer and Emma even left a wee dram (thank you)! The location is a bit out of the way, about 1/2 hour south of Broadford where you will need to stock up on groceries. The drive is on narrow roads with plenty of sheep to make it interesting. We will definitely stay here again!

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, σε βολική τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και αρκετά άνετο, αν και το μπάνιο ήταν σε ξεχωριστό χώρο. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Το The Loft at Strathardle - Lochside Apartment, Isle of Skye είναι ένα κατάλυμα που προσφέρει δωρεάν WiFi και θέα στη θάλασσα. Είναι σε Dunvegan. Exceptional in every way. Fantastic hosts, large modern accommodation surrounded by sheep and water. We were so glad our original place in Portree cancelled in us and we were offered this place. Even the treats where brilliant. Close to Dumvegan castle and the fabulous head.
