If you are considering this hotel, don't think twice book it instantly.

Sanjeev is just the best. He welcomes you into his home and treats you just like family. We had some great conversations around the kitchen table during breakfasts. (which by the way are delicious) His staff are just delightful and happy to help whenever they can. The location was nice and handy to the PVR for some delicious food.

The room excellent. The food wonderful. The host very, very charming and made me feel welcome. The surroundings, especially the park was a unique experience, I spent 6 hours there, instead of in noisy Delhi! I loved Hauz Khas, 10 minutes into the park! Next time Delhi, I come back here for a longer stay!

We loved the apartment, it was very spacious and cool (even though we did not use the AC - it just wasn’t necessary!). For New Delhi the area was really quiet, very relaxed.

Featuring a rooftop garden, Thikana Delhi is located in New Delhi. It is 3 km from the Hauz Khas Village, an urbanised village with medieval history. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Everything was well thought out. Nothing dodgy, nothing tacky... which both things are easily found in countries in Asia. The decor, and style of the place has been done by someone who has an eye for the detail. The food is fantastic, we ordered snacks off the menu and saw the dinner others were having, Everything looked great. The breakfast was amazing too.
