This feels like the perfect place for visiting northern Goa. You’re just far enough away from the noise of the Main Street, while still being super close to the beach. Staff are friendly and capable, they have great tips and are always there to help! We even had the chance to chat with the owners a fair bit, and they really feel passionate about their work! This is such a genuinely nice place. We could even get our work hours in, with the super fast WiFi.

I mean the nostalgia waking up here was as if I was at my grandmas place expect; now there is wifi, AC and hot running water that is not boiled on fire lol. The hospitality of the staff was incredible I don't recollect their names but you know who you are. Just a note, I loved waking up to the sound of the birds chirping but if you're like my wife (a light sleeper) that could be annoying.

Excellent location 150 meters from the beach surrounded by good coffee shops, restaurants and quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Free private parking is available and the guest house also provides car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.

The location was close to old town. I couldn't have chosen a better room or a better location. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They gave me a dining recommendation that was perfect for what I was looking for.

Superb stay at beautiful property only exceeded by the above and beyond service from the owner Wangdi. Could not have had a better host and look forward to coming back here in the future.
