The room, toilet and every other place in the hotel were very very very clean! All the staffs were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to our request considering we travelled with 2 kids. There is a small lawn just beside the hotel which is very relaxing to spend time in the morning/evening. The breakfast was exceptional as well and the food in their restaurant is good too. Location is near to the main town. Overall, we had very good time in Ooty staying at the hotel. Certainly, will stay here again and I wish there are more hotels providing service as good as them.
