Our hostess Elena was superb ... always communicated with us, met us at the property and showed us how everything worked and gave us so much helpful information to make our stay an awesome one. The bed was comfortable, overall one of the nicest places we stayed during our Italy trip. The location is also perfect, close to the train, water and main shopping/restaurants.

With a terrace, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Private parking is available on site. We loved everything about the Hotel, all amenities were great, our room had a Lake View, which was amazing, the staff was extremely kind and friendly, and the Hotel was brand new. Also, the small town of Cernobbio was the nicest place to stay around the Lake , it is a little gem indeed , we would not hesitate to stay here again.
