Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Exceptionally well maintained rooms. Extras like the onsen, curry with rice after 5 PM, good quality tea and coffee were very much appreciated.

As usual the staff were very professional but also friendly and between their English and our very limited Japanese we got buy. We have had a number of different rooms over the years and usually have a King Room but decided on. Superior twin this time as we were only stay a few days. Perfectly adequate size even with all of our suitcases and the bed extremely comfortable. Can’t understand why this hotel does not have a higher rating??.
