The staff here are literally the most decent, warm and genuine people I have ever met at a hotel. One particular lady at reception made a lovely origami note for my daughter concerning her broken arm that was in plaster in a sling.

Everything about this place was amazing. The room was larger than the usual in Japan. I loved that there was a gym, and it’s well in the center but not too loud. It is close to everything! I love that there was also a bath tub. The beds were comfy.

The room was spacious, really loved the design and the headboard detail 😻 the lobby has tons of cool books and magazines, games, vinyl, juice, coffee, croissants (free of charge) and even wine and beer dispenser ( around 500¥ per drink). The hotel offers free bikes! I wish we stayed a bit more here. Hope to visit the hotel next year!

Great location, beautiful spacious room, comfy bed, very clean. The area is really nice, lots of great restaurants. Walking distance from the market and many more attraction.

The hotel is very beautiful. Even looks nicer than on the picture. The location is alright. Needs a bit of walk from the station but not too far. The staff and service are great as what you always expected in Japan.
