We were the very first to stay in the new room, and everything was top notch. All worked, all was clean, even the WiFi was great in the room, and everyone in the host family are super kind and helpful. Sandhu was always very quick to reply via WhatsApp, and the dad provided good tips for turtle watching and interesting facts about life in Sri Lanka, and the food was also good. Of all the homestays on our trip that have been great, this was truly a level above 👌🏻 especially the clear communication and perfect mutual understanding was such a relief relative to other places 🤗🙌🏻

He took us to a beautiful local temple and the scene behind the temple is beautiful and peaceful.... good place for meditation. He organised the safari trip for us. We had a home made packed breakfast on the safari , really good. We also ordered lunch cooked by Udara's mother.....yummy sri lankan food. Only regret, we only had 1 day at Yala.

Small, simple, well maintainted, and very practical hotel. +2. I recommend staying at the TENT ROOMS. it's a great experience of you like adventure. +3. The owner and host, THISARA is very attentive, helpful and an absolute professional. We wish him great success. +4. The husband wife duo staff members NISHANI & ISHAN were absolutely fantastic. They make your stay smooth. JAYALATH, the 3rd staff member, was so helpful and did a great job organising the BBQ dinner. +5. A BBQ dinner along with local food items from the menu is a must. Don't miss that. Make sure to do that. You will love it. A great experience, especially for families with children. +6. They organised our Yala jungle safari with a very good driver who spoke English, and did everything he can to make our jungle safari memorable. A big thank you to him. +7. Overall, this is a really good small adventure hotel that is well run by THISARA. I truly believe in helping, encouraging and promoting small hotels that are absolute gems with good onwers and lovely workers. Our very best wishes are with with you guys.

I stayed at House - Ayurveda & Wellness for three days and the experience exceeded my expectations. The entire place is serene, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The beachside is simply stunning, offering peace and quiet throughout the stay. The food was excellent, the swimming pool was refreshing, and the cleanliness of the property was flawless. What truly stood out was the exceptional service — the staff went above and beyond, making the stay feel warm and personalized.

Huge villa with an immersive jungle experience! The villa has a beautiful and unique interior, including a real tree, and has great views (I spotted an elephant from the rooftop!). The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They repeatedly went out of their way to make sure we had the best possible experience. The amazing staff really made this hotel stand apart from others.

Very tasty and fresh products. Breakfast was delicious. They prepared vegan version especially for us. Everyday dishes were different. Perfect location! The owners are really helpful and friendly. It was a real pleasure to spend time with them! We appreciate every moment in Menaka. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and you have a lot of space outside to spend nice evening. You can rent a motorbike or a bicycle in low price. If you ask, Manu can order a tuk tuk in good price too. He helped us with many things! We were really moved and definitely recommend this place.

Το Shine Wave Turtle Beach είναι στο Tangalle, σε απόσταση 200μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Tangalle και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, ιδιωτική παραλία και... Very nice place, clean and beautiful room. 5 min walk to a beautiful beach which is really quiet. Friendly owner. Good breakfast.

Το Tanzanite place προσφέρει καταλύματα με εστιατόριο, κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα, ενώ το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Goyambokka απέχει 1 χλμ. This place has the best location in Tangalle area. You can drive easily to Tangalle or Hiriketya or Dickwella and explore the beaches. The best beginners surfing beach is also really close - Kudawella. Our room was spacious, had really good and quiet AC, with nice balcony and kitchen area. Very clean, good shower and extremely nice host. There are several family restaurants nearby, we can really recommend The Boat Kitchen and Athena Seafood - great authentic food freshly made with really reasonable price (we were off-season). We came for one night but decided to stay 7 nights instead - because we felt good here and great place to stay. Not so turisty as Hiriketiya and everything is still so near by!
