We had an absolutely wonderful experience at your hotel while celebrating my daughter's birthday! The room was superb - impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, making it easily accessible to all the outside restaurants and grocery stores. Thank you for providing such a delightful stay!

The location of the hotel is very convenient for access to all of downtown Abu Dhabi and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful and very quick to assist for any request. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well supplied. The water pressure and amount of hot water was excellent. I would recommend the hotel room again. The food quality at Market Kitchen was excellent and the wait staff and chef did an excellent job.

Location. It was close to several bus stops from different directions. Friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help and can communicate well in English. Safe place to stay specially if you’re a lady. A clean place. Many take away places to eat or mini supermarkets to buy your groceries.

1. Location: Right in the city centre. 7 minutes walk to Abu Dhabi Mall. Many shops and restaurants around. Many bus lines passes the hotel.
2. Room: Suite so it is super spacious.

Lovely stay in a unique location and accommodation. Plunge pool was lovely, bed was comfortable and shower was great. Great window to be able to look out at the stars at night when it’s cold (there are also 2 chairs on the patio for stargazing) Food was all served outside (which in March was a little chilly and windy), was excellent especially the flatbreads at dinner and the emirate breakfast. A special thanks to Guru for looking after us at breakfast and other staff to thank - Hassan, Raafat and Taha.

Outstanding hospitality, early check-in, fast internet and the location - close to the airport but in a very private quiet area. The photos don't do the room justice - it is much more spacious than shown so all in all, it is THE place to stay if you need to stay during a stopover or just don't need to go into the city centre

Location is perfect - in the city center, close to palace, beach and a few parks. It is a really big and spacious apartment. It is very comfortable to host a family. There are supermarket and bakeries nearby. Everything that you might need is available in the apartment.

The room was very good and nice, the location is within Abu Dhabi downtown and close to Abu Dhabi mall. Breakfast is poor and did not meet its value so it is recommended to book without breakfast as many cafes and resturantas are available nearby.

This hotel has the best location in Al Ain being almost at the top of Jebel Hafeet. The view was spectacular from our balcony as well as from the restaurants. The breakfast was very good and had enough variety to satisfy anyone. The room we had was quite cozy, with a nook with a desk to work on should you wish. In all, this is worth returning to.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety and cooked fresh, loved the vibe too. Loved the location right next to a mall. A bus stop was near the mall, easily accessible to the mosque and city centre Daily Shuttle buses to yas island and the mosque. Friendly staff, lots to do around the resort itself.

Convenient location to arrive from the airport (bus stop pretty much in front of the hotel) and to get to both: city center/beach as well as the Grand Mosque. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were missing a towel uppon arrival and it was delivered as soon as we called. Offered to leave luggage in the lobby after checkout.
