My stay at Tikawasi was such a special experience. I instantly felt so welcome- José Luis helped me to organise my transport and picked me up from the boat too. I had delicious meals made by Pilar, and it was so special to eat and talk altogether with other guests. The island and this home is extremely peaceful and beautiful. I am so grateful that I was able to stay here and with such a kind family.

Beautiful property right on the beach. Comfortable rooms. Host family was very friendly and helped us organize boat tours and taxi rides. Very relaxing stay. Home cooked meals were delicious.

Το Titicaca Sariri Lodge, το οποίο βρίσκεται στο Πούνο, παρέχει εστιατόριο και θέα στην πόλη. Isaac and his wife are excellent hosts and admirable people living in the Uros community. Isaac made our trip wonderful. He took us fishing and took us on a tour around the islands. Staying here and doing these activities truly is the best way to experience lake titicaca. Dinner and breakfast were also very tasty and there was even warm water to shower! Could not recommend this place and these hosts more!

The room is huge with plate glass windows all around, well heated and with massive 230cm wide bed, turned down each evening with a hot water bottle! The price includes all meals and excursions on the Uros Islands. If you want beer or wine, best to bring your own or there’s a local shop Juan can motor you to.

It is not just a place for the night stay, It is a new lifestyle. A totally different one from everything I have lived before. book with an open mind, and give trust to Felix and his family. He made us feel comfortable and shared his life with us. The toilet is camper style and there is the shower with hot water available, it is not a hotel shower, but it is incredible how they have managed to create such commodities for tourists using the lake water (which is precious to them, they drink it) There is also drinking water for guests, tea and muna, breakfast and.. shampoo! and everything you could need for your stay, plus Felix was very responsive if we had any specific needs we could communicate in advance. There were many blankent available. We got the chance to meet his family who all worked to make the stay enjoyable for us. We had a blast, he was very kind to offer us the boat ride, and took us to our tour location and made all the arrangments. He also booked us the taxi which took us from the station to the meeting point. a Very very memorable stay! I wish I had stayed more, could relax and enjoy the views and being taken care of by them! I wish we had more chances to spend time with his wife and son over dinner or breakfast for an immersive experience. Many hugs!

An absolutely lovely stay with Mariluz and Henry! We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed conversations with the family, even through our broken Spanish. Mariluz is a wonderful cook and made sure we were well taken care of. Such a lovely and calm two nights on Amantani, and a highlight of our month in Peru.

The lodge was incredible and Cesar and his family were the most lovely people we met in Peru. I couldn’t imagine how special and nice it’s gonna be - although I read it in comments before. But when we were there we felt it. And it was definitely one of the most impressive 2 days of my life and for sure the best 2 days of our 3 week Peru trip. The lodge has everything you can image for a room on a floating island- and Cesar’s meals were just so so good & made with so much love. Thank you Cesar for introducing us into your culture. We appreciate this forever 🫶
