One of the best hotels I stayed at between Mekkah and Madina, they stand out for their customer orientation as hotels here are extremely busy and they rarely focus on individuals to make them feel special but here they do, they follow up. My room was overlooking Haram Nabawi, the best view I have ever had, they basically accommodated my requests as much as they could. Breakfast was super delicious though the hotel is 4 stars, the breakfast was definitely 5 stars, excellent service as well. Special thanks to concierge, reception staff Lama and guest services and manager on duty on 21/12 evening. I highly recommend this hotel from a frequent traveller and guest relations manager in one of the top 5 stars hotel in Europe.

Riyadh is a vast city, very busy, traffic is heavy, however if you choose the right hours, you might be able to avoid being stuck for longer in traffic. Weather was very pleasant, people are welcoming and helpful.

We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

Everything, bad attitude from the Egyptian guy on the phone, he shouted at me when I just ask about the location, because the name of the hotel is different from the one on booking!! No hot water in the bathroom, though it was cold weather. It is totally overpriced and not worth the money !! I don't recommend it.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

Excellent in house service yet the property is due for some repairs especially the washrooms. The showerstands need to be leak proof . Overall the washrooms are a bit disappointing. During my stay in house telephones were not working and we were assured that they are fixing them. However we got excellent and immediate responses on al aqeeq whatspp
