Great customer service by all Staff led by Max the Hotel Manager Room was spacious and Bed was very firm and comfortable. Breakfast made by Head Chef Rambo and team was cooked to a high standard. We want to thank all the staff for their professionalism. Habibur Rahman,Mahmud,Olax,Uraiz.Amira,Ahmed and Patricia. I hope we haven’t missed anyone out because all the Staff were really good at their job.

The staff was very friendly, all the people looked like they really enjoyed being there. We arrived a bit before our checkin, we were asked to wait a bit and we received an upgrade - original room was very basic one with city view and we received a suite with a sea view. It was stunning, very spacious and cosy. We were even called on a phone if everything was fine, they wanted to check wether we needed anything. Definitely would recommend!

We had a great time in Dubai, exploring the Downtown, the...

We had a great time in Dubai, exploring the Downtown, the Marina, the Old Town, going for a bit of dune bashing, camping in the desert, enjoying an evening on a yacht, enjoying fine dining at the top of the Burj.... So many things to do including museums, malls, activities! We stayed for 8 days and will definitely return to the UAE soon. People were friendly and polite. It's a great place, but obviously this wasn't a cheap vacation!

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

I enjoyed Dubai Old City.

I enjoyed Dubai Old City. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping in that area. Al Karama is my favourite part of Dubai for South Indian food which I did have twice and enjoyed it. If you get a hang of how to use the Metro- it's easy enough and there are people at the metro stations to help get a ticekt(for a whole day) or a noi that can be topped up at the touch screen machines at stations. Be ready for waiting times at the airport - long immigration and taxi wait lines. I enjoyed Deira City Center (shopping mall) and Al Rigga street. Take Bolt but ask the dirver to be on time and not to take the longer route - you may be charged more. I was charged wait time altho I was right there. The driver showed late. Somehow for a 30 - 40 dirham ride I was charged 58! For me higher rates, even small ones, are unacceptable because they seem dishonest.
