We were feeling very welcomed and hotel parking was one of best benefits of hotel in crowded Budva. You can reach old city in 10 minutes walking and our room was spacious, very neat and modern with nice and quite big balcony. Everything that we hoped for. Special tanks to Ognjen for helping to get best food around.

We visited in october was perfect.

We visited in october was perfect. However the most dissapointing thing was Down at the docks of Split salespeople will promise different day tours to certain islands, only to cancel at the last minute so they can fill their own preferred boats and tours. This left many tourists extremely unhappy. Not worth the €500 we paid for a family of four. Feels like a con. Be aware and double-check everything before booking. Overall beutiful city, great time to go not so hot and less touristy.

Durres is a nice relaxing place to stay, a lot of history.

Durres is a nice relaxing place to stay, a lot of history. plenty of shops, people were helpful, plenty of small bars most selling food at very reasonable prices. A walk along the beach is recommended where there are many restaurants with lots of variety. if travelling i would recommend taking a bus as taxis are rather expensive i.e. a bus from the airport will cost 7 euro whilst a taxi will cost around 37 euro.

A very nice town and the coast line offers much to explore.

A very nice town and the coast line offers much to explore. The downside is how to get there - I had to fly from Trieste and all travellers struggled to find a nearby airport that connects to convenient departure airports.

An interesting old city with a lot to see and enjoy.

An interesting old city with a lot to see and enjoy. Bars to suit everyone's taste Historic buildings such as the castle and the Theatre which has very cheap seats compared to the UK. For example a Puccini opera stall seats for the equivalent of £20 each. The market situated in beautiful old buildings with a good quality fresh food. If you are flying from Rijeka airport the bus to get there is very confusing. Despite what they say you cannot book online. Of the 3 bus stations in the city none of them sell tickets for the airport bus.....although they will direct you to each other. The airport bus leaves from Jelacicev Trg (square) and takes preferably cash : E15 each or will take card at a push. If you miss the bus then a taxi from the same square will take you for E50.

Zadar is an amazing town to visit.

Zadar is an amazing town to visit. The sea organ steps were fun to splash in, the ferry to Preko was accessible and short, and the pedestrian area around the historic downtown was perfect for strolling, with amazing food places everywhere.

Wonderful place, so much atmosphere, never been anywhere like it in the world. That means it can be very busy, reaching saturation point when cruise ships dock and thousands decend on the city. We went off peak and got lucky with the weather, so it was perfect. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink.

Portoroz is a nice city directly at the sea.

Portoroz is a nice city directly at the sea. A nice market place in the inner city with many nice shops, restaurants, bars. Stroll around the small streets and discover unexpected places. There are many things you may do. But take your time, sit down and watch the scenery.

Really liked the small old town in Budva.

Really liked the small old town in Budva. It doesn't get too many tourists ( like Kotor) so is less crowded and more tranquil. I didn't like the fact you had to pay to walk along a part of the walled town. There are lots of small food places there (selling pizza, sandwiches, byreks, cakes), which is great and absent in lots of these type of places.

Lovely city.

Lovely city. Beautiful and you can explore it as much or as little as you like. Beautiful scenery. Not fully pushchair friendly though. But it is an old town that was built long before pushchairs were invented. We did a day exploring with baby in the pushchair and then another day with the baby in the carrier so we could access more areas. Loads of shops, places to eat and drink. Been for the last 3 years in a row because we love it so much.

The town was perfect size so walking is easy for everyone.

The town was perfect size so walking is easy for everyone. Please note the cobbled streets can be a little slippery so fancy high heeled shoes are a No-No! The local people are kind and friendly and everyone is catered for. Little tip:- book restaurants early to avoid disappointment not obtaining a reservation.
