This hotel is just the best in Albania for me ! Is one of the most professional with all accommodation and very beautiful design. The bed is so comfortable , the pillows. The balcony has a good view. But the best part is the hotel manager with his recommandations and advice. Ervin is the best. Not far from the beach the city and also 20 minutes to Saranda. In a quiet place to be honest stay here you’ll not regret

We loved our experience at this hotel. We highly recommend it. We will come back and will definitely stay here again. The hotel is modern, super clean, and quiet. The rooms are huge, beautiful, and very comfortable. It has a family-friendly and super cozy atmosphere. The breakfast food has a lot of variety and is very tasty, and the restaurant food is simply divine. One of us is vegan, and although there weren’t vegan options on the breakfast buffet, they prepared a special vegan breakfast for her every day and always brought it to the table. The staff is super friendly and attentive— special thanks to Fabiola who was amazing. Always with a smile and ready to help with anything, always checking if everything was okay. The younger staff at the bar/restaurant are also really nice. They gave us lots of suggestions on what to do and directions on how to get there. Overall, our experience was amazing—we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is brand new, made it with the most selective items and finnest finishing. The pictures don't show how nice the property looks like, but in person is amazing 😀, very spacious room with balcony, beds very comfortable, staffs are really nice and there is cleaning services available every day. The location is amazing right at the beginning of ksamil- far away from the noisy main street, everything with walking distance - 5 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. There is a car rental( Ksamil rental - 355 696162699 ) just 3 minutes walking from the hotel, you can rent a motorbike for 20€ and a car €35 per day highly recommended, ower is very trustworthy. For those who just want to relax and don't go out, the hotel has a bar, restaurant and a good swimming pool. For those who's coming by bus from Sarande, the bus stop is beside the hotel- The journey takes 30 minutes and it costs € 1.75 each way, or if you are coming by car, there are plenty of parking places around the hotel. Ideally, bring cash with you most of the places o ly accept cash - you can pay in Euros or Lek - taking cash from ATM machine you pay €12 every time you withdraw. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again

The gym is great. All necessary machine and weights. (But no yoga mat but a towel works!). Very nice size and clean. Good equipment from techno gym, some old version but some better than the new ones. Nice coffee at breakfast ! Restaurant is really excellent. We tried different one but the one at the hotel is great! I recommend : the seabass carpaccio !

We stayed in November so we were totally aware it was out of...

We stayed in November so we were totally aware it was out of season and there would be limited options. We enjoyed the quiet streets and there was still a small selection of restaurants open. We also went swimming, the water was cool but still enjoyable. For us Ksamil was perfect in November but I would caution that you must be prepared for a very relaxing and quiet experience.

Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of...

Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

Ksamil is a very beautiful resort with numerous stunning...

Ksamil is a very beautiful resort with numerous stunning beaches and crystal-clear azure waters. There are plenty of quality restaurants offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The only drawback is that almost all beach spots are paid, meaning you need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The cheapest spots started at around €15 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, while more premium locations charged €30 to €40 per set. Luxury cabana-style spots could cost up to €70 per day. Almost everywhere accepted euros, so it was not necessary to exchange money into the local currency. Alternatively, you could pay in euros and receive change in the local currency (Albanian lek). On average, €1 was equivalent to about 95–96 lek.
