In a quieter area but close to restaurants and one of the beaches is only 2 min walk away. Brand new hotel. Everything very clean and well kept. Very nice breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Pool big enough to do some lengths from 10-19:00.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many, but this one is definitely in my top list. The interiors are beautiful, modern, and very clean, as is the whole hotel. Breakfast was really good, and most importantly, the host is an absolutely wonderful person. There are also great amenities for women, such as a proper hairdryer and good lighting for makeup. I truly recommend this place with all my heart and will definitely come back!

The room was so clean and cute, the hotel is so homely I wished we could stay longer. It’s close to the beach , restaurant, and where ever you need to be. Breakfast was amazing , the staffs do their job so well . If I need to be in Albania again. NOA is where I am going to stay .

Very clean and calm location. Walkable distance to beach clubs and top notch facilities in the rooms. Ac worked so well and the balcony is spacious. Great breakfast options it was so good and it was not same breakfast the next day as they added some extras. Staffs so welcoming and can communicate in English. There is a car park and cctv for security. Pool was clean and I enjoyed my stay totally

The hotel is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the towels are changed daily. Elizabeth is very friendly, always trying to help her guests with everything they need. We really appreciated her interest in making us feel very good during our stay. Also, the hotel has it’s own beach and the sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the room price.

Great location! Friendly staff. Rooms clearly have recently been renovated and they are fabulous! Comfortable bed, and fridge in room is handy. Beach just across the road and being off season didn’t have to pay for chairs. Nice toiletries included as well as slippers. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Definitely recommend!

We would come back many more times, the hotel is very well located, close to everything, the owners are very nice people, we arrived later than breakfast time and they did everything possible to prepare something for us for breakfast, if you want to rest and be in a place with good vibes and quiet you should come to this hotel

Very helpful and kind stuff. Delicious breakfast (maybe the best we had in Albania). Hotel located close to beach. At the time we stayed as it wasn’t high season, we were offered better accommodation for the same price. It was a big compliment from administration.

We stayed in November so we were totally aware it was out of...

We stayed in November so we were totally aware it was out of season and there would be limited options. We enjoyed the quiet streets and there was still a small selection of restaurants open. We also went swimming, the water was cool but still enjoyable. For us Ksamil was perfect in November but I would caution that you must be prepared for a very relaxing and quiet experience.

Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of...

Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

Ksamil is a very beautiful resort with numerous stunning...

Ksamil is a very beautiful resort with numerous stunning beaches and crystal-clear azure waters. There are plenty of quality restaurants offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The only drawback is that almost all beach spots are paid, meaning you need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The cheapest spots started at around €15 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, while more premium locations charged €30 to €40 per set. Luxury cabana-style spots could cost up to €70 per day. Almost everywhere accepted euros, so it was not necessary to exchange money into the local currency. Alternatively, you could pay in euros and receive change in the local currency (Albanian lek). On average, €1 was equivalent to about 95–96 lek.
