A comfortable hotel. The host was extremely nice and helpful. This level of hospitability is one of the best I've seen in my travels ever. Advice: Do not miss the Bohema cafe several houses from the hotel. It has a special athmosphere.

The location is great, right in from of the lake, the only problem is the road to reach the hotel, but it’s worth it. The staff is very helpful, they have a contact of a restaurant that delivers food. The view is very nice. There’s nothing around , so if you need anything you need to have a car or call a taxi.

The location was a few minutes away from Lake Sevan, I mistakenly thought it was closer to the lake shores. That did not put us off though as we couldn’t ask for a better host. One of the kindest people met in Armenia, he’ll go the extra mile to help you. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. They have a parking space which was good too. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious too. For the warmer days, there’s a swimming pool and sun loungers in a private garden, which we did not use.

Not far from the bus station, but rather far from the city center. There are small shops near. 20 minutes to the Sevan lake (but the bank, unfortunately, very very dirty). Very polite and helpful personnel, Tsovik helped us with everything we wanted. Big fridge!

We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

An exceptionally comfortable hotel room beside lake Sevan! There is under floor heating, a heated towels rail, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc, and a fridge. A real bonus were the windows in the room: There were two. You can see the sun rise from one and the sun set from the other. You can also see lake Sevan from one of the windows. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly and helpful lady. Near the hotel is a bridge where you can cross the highway and walk across a field and enter the town through an archway to drink coffee and tea at the teahouse and buy fruit and anything else you need in the town.

Sevan Garden Complex is located in Sevan. Each accommodation at the 3-star hotel has garden views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to a restaurant.

Just one street away from the town centre with a big supermarket called ZIM, if I remember correctly, nearby. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel accepted card payments, although we'd prepared cash. The room was big and seemed even bigger than described in the room details displayed on Booking. There's a big garden around with some Soviet-era benches. Good local and countryside views.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and sauna, Noy Land Resort is set on the bank of Lake Sevan. The resort has BBQ facilities, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

The place grew significantly since we were last here five years ago. Would have stayed there longer if we knew. Nice facilities, cottages, place for kids to play. Recommend for a family stay for sure!
