The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a parking space in the garage. Our room was nice and spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the fresh breakfast. There was a wide variety of food. Generally a very nice hotel.

We loved the location. Lots of hiking trails, nice restaurants. The scenery is awesome from your own apartment. Spa was great. Sauna is large and hot. A couple rooms with beautiful views to sit in between sauna sessions. Naturally flavoured water to drink. Pool had a great counter current option to swim against. The kitchen was well supplied. I could benefit from a cloth to clean the counters...the sponge doesn't do a great job. Just a personal preference perhaps.

I only can say that I am very satisfied with the hotel and all the colleagues there, they are very nice and the food there are with excellent quality and very tasty. Our children also had a big fun there, the swimming pools are very clean and warm.

The room was very spatious and clean. Parking is available on-site, free of charge. The food was excellent. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of options to choose from. Dinner was pre-set, with three main course options. We got the fish, which was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Worth mentioning you need a car to get there and move around. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Just amazing. Really orientated to the kids..meaning we were really happy as parents. The hotel restaurant opens onto the piste, the food was great, staff were amazing. Best skiing holiday we’ve had.

Everything! I got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a stunning view of the mountain and a large balcony :) Wonderful breakfast with many choices. Free sauna in the house! Very nice and friendly staff!
