Lovely family-run guest house. Comfortable room with large balcony and stunning views. Fresh air and peace and quiet. Selection at breakfast was quite amazing. We plan to come back next year for longer. Herr Lercher was friendly, welcoming and hard-working.

Hotel was a big surprise! From other reviews I expected bit neglected object, that requires renovation. And reality was so much better! OK, rooms look bit dated, but on the other hand, all equipment is so good quality, that is still in perfect condition. Also, everything is super clean and room was very spacious. Garage is unexpesive and very convenient. Ski storage room is great - spacious and warm. Breakfast buffet is decent. Sauna is small, but nice.

great location in st lambrecht right opposite the most spendid old benedictine abbey. rooms are basic, but extremely spacious and very clean & tidy - and with fabulous views, of course. very informal set-up and uncomplicated liaison with the host re arrival & departure. simple but expansive breakfast buffet which remains available throught the day (and night).

Extremely beautiful nature all around, small hills and pastures (cows, horses) very picturesque and tranquil, 2 lakes right next to the housing around which you can go for a stroll. The rooms were fully equipped with everything one might need. The only “downside” is weak wifi connection. Overall we’ve spent a very pleasant few days here :), would recommend it to everyone, it’s family and dog friendly which is awesome and the owners are very nice and helpful.

I liked everything! :) We came for the F1 race and stayed at this place. The owner was incredibly kind and hospitable – she gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival and took the time to show us around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Communication via Booking.com messages was also quick and easy. A truly charming place – I highly recommend it! :)

This whole place is absolutely beautiful: the old building, the view over the valley and the forest behind the hotel which we hiked through between two rain showers. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We arrived exhausted having just arrived from Canada and driven from Venice and could immediately rest and relax. A pleasant walk to town.

The place was really nice, the room was big, clean and very comfortable. My doughier liked everything because car, horses and other animals were available there. We stoped for one night, but really think to come back at least for one week! Place is highly recommended!

It's a small and quite medieval-style town in the always...

It's a small and quite medieval-style town in the always beautiful Styria. It's well worth a visit. We stayed 2 nights just hiking in the surrounding area, but I understand it also has cultural offerings. There aren't many restaurant options, but the two we visited were excellent.

We received a wonderful warm welcome and our hosts (John and Marjolein) were just lovely. We really enjoyed our stay there and would always return. Parking was a breeze. The breakfasts were excellent and a great variety to choose from. Our hosts were genuinely interested in us as their guests and made us feel immediately at home and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Nice location surrounded by mountains, shiny place. Acceptable driving distance to ski slopes (below 30 mins) - Lachtal, Kreischberg. Friendly staff, very good local meals, rich breakfast. We appreciated very much small wellness (3 types of sauna) wich was included in the price - great relax after full day skiing!

We have climbed up the hill and visited Burgruine...

We have climbed up the hill and visited Burgruine Steinschloß, which is a castle in Styria, Austria. It is the highest castle ruin in Styria at 1180 meters above sea level. The views are fantastic, we stayed until the sunset and it was ohmygodable. The nature around is so beautiful and you can easily find a bench along the road oriented toward mountains, river or church so you can sit, observe and enjoy. 30 min from Teufenbach one can visit Formula 1 race in Spielberg, there is a museum, giftshop, terrace you can rent a race car there and try it.

Nice area for skiing/snowboarding with many resorts nearby (with cross-used ski-passes). Children area on slopes, shops for food/drink, good restaurants on the slopes which makes it easy to have lunch/snack.

St. Lambrecht is a very cultured village with an impressive baroque monastery. Beautiful surroundings ideal for walking and cycling. On the edge of the village there is a ski resort with a very pleasant family atmosphere. An ideal destination for those who appreciate the local authentic environment and prefer to spend their time outside the fancy tourist destinations.

The appartment was very nice and large.

The appartment was very nice and large. Very clean and all necessary kitchen appliances. However, it is a farm, so it's smelly, a lot of flies coming in. If you really like the country side than it is probably great !
