Great place to stay in Voralberg region. View of Alps right from the balcony. Several good hikes and a couple of decent restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has a very good bakery where you can grab a breakfast or a snack. A nice little bonus is bread/pastries from the bakery are left for free for hotel guests - you can grab a croissant after a hike.

Pleasant ambient jazz music plays in the hotel and with a gentle air freshener creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is helpful, attentive and professional. I especially want to mention the breakfast - this was the best breakfast offer I have seen for a very long time, and I travel a lot! The people involved in the breakfasts are doing a great job! (If someone complains about the price - the price is completely reasonable, you have dozens and dozens of options for a salty or sweet breakfast, hot or cold, healthy or unhealthy - the buffet is super fresh and the dishes are tempting to look at) The room (n°47) was absolutely perfectly cleaned, top-notch cleanliness without a single speck awaited us, it can be seen that the maids are extremely careful, we owe them our big thanks for the beautifully prepared room! The room itself is bright and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the sheets are fragrant. Valentina and Phillipa 🪻cosmetics is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect choice for hotel guests. For the first time in my life I was so excited for a hotel body wash&lotion. It smells like heaven! I can absolutely recommend this hotel, they take good care of you here and spoil you with small attentions!🥰 (I have to give a small tiny little insignificant minus to the type of door to the toilet in the room)

This is a great place! Beautiful location, and the staff takes excellent care of it. Clean modern rooms with nice views. The restaurant offers several options for dinner and all of excellent taste. Local products are used. Great advice from the sommeliere for Austrian wines. Excellent breakfast. Huge spa area, swimming pool and garden. Hiking, biking, sightseeing - lots of options nearby. Staff is polite, friendly and well-trained.

Fantastic design. The hooks are in all the right places and plentiful, electric plugs as well. The room is very well designed very clean and modern! Breakfast was vast as well and they even bring to your table some special things they were making, something different every time (a freshly pressed juice or a small cake or something, really a nice touch). We unfortunately didn’t have time to try the spa!

We liked the beauty of Bregenz which is situated alongside...

We liked the beauty of Bregenz which is situated alongside Lake Constance. There are nice restaurants & cafes, shops, walks, boats etc and we enjoyed the cable car ride to see the small farm, great for children and the views of the mountains are spectacular. The area is excellent for cyclists & runners, and for people with mobility issues. There are ferries which go to the small German island of Lindau, which is worth a visit and it takes 20-30 minutes. Quite a few of the cafes shops and restaurants are closed on a Sunday.

Close to Bregenz and Bodensee (Lake Constance), perfect location to explore the region without moving your car. Our hotel provided Voralberg card during our stay, so buses/trains are free. Wide selection of nice restaurants are in the centre.

Quaint village that I wish I’d had more time to explore for walking and nature. We were looking for a local experience as we like to see how people in an area live. We were very happy with our choice to visit and enjoyed authentic Austrian cuisine and lodging while visiting.

Definitely a place to be there.

Definitely a place to be there. To discover Vorarlberg it’s the central point, you not far from everything. And Hohenems itself is nice and interesting with a Jewish Museum and some more tourist attractions.

Götzis is located just in the middle of Vorarlberg - very easy to get everywhere you need. And the city center provides you with all you need in your daily life as well as on weekends - shops, bars, restaurants, library and many more. Also you can go for a walk - up to New Montfort Tower, for example, and enjoy the view of the village with surroundings from above.

We were only there for a one night stopover.

We were only there for a one night stopover. Had a walk around to find a dinner and saw there was more to the village than we thought. Found a great Chinese restaurant. The town has all necessary amenities, reasonable prices and very close to Bregenz.

We were in Bregenz on the 23rd and 24th of August 2025. It was a coincidence that the Hafen Fest was on those days, and I cannot judge what is Bregenz usually like. For us there were too many people on the lake shore... but I know some people love this. The best places for me, must-sees: 1. Pfänderbahn (in good weather) 2. Lake shore (always, but especially at sunset) 3. Old downton (and Uppertown) We went everywhere on foot, and it suited us perfectly well.

I did not know anything about Feldkirch prior to my visit,...

I did not know anything about Feldkirch prior to my visit, other than that it was the westernmost train station in Austria I could travel to in order to get to Liechtenstein. Feldkirch has inventive and unique tourist brochures which really enhanced my stay and let me learn a lot about the city. The old town is very charming with a laid-back vibe (walkable from the train station), the hillside houses are very picturesque, and I enjoyed this city way more than I was expecting. I am glad I stayed overnight in Feldkirch to facilitate my trip to Liechtenstein. Now that I know more, I consider it worth a trip even without Vaduz on the itinerary.
