The dinner was perfect! (Not Kosher( Very beautiful and peaceful view. The stuff was very nice. It is 25-30 minutes drive from Stubai glacier for ski/snowboard. I saw there also a really close bus station from the hotel if you travelling without a car.

Hotel Angelika - Wow, fantastic.  Spotlessly clean, fabulous food in a real family run, friendly, English speaking hotel! Special little touches all around the hotel, hearts and ribbon perfectly placed. The owner stood out on the street, waving to help me find the place and guide by telephone to my reserved parking spot at the front of the hotel. The evening meal comes with a forecast of weather and things to do over the next few days!Regretably I only had the one evening meal, but this was the best meal I have had in a very, very long time!  The carrot and orange soup was magnificent; the goulash was perfect and the desert cake didnt  dissapoint! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!... and I dont usually give recommendations!😊 This is what all hotels should be like!

We booked a superior room which was very specious with an excellent view of mountains. The hotel had very good food, breakfast buffet with other options to order (incl in price) and also very good dinner selection (buffet +4 course menu). Good location with access to famous spots (top of tyrol), etc... Hotel offers also a pass for some cable cars and water park which is very useful and makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Great accommodation for anyone who wants to relax, have a good rest and enjoy the Austrian vibe. The hotel is located in the mountains, in a small village, and from the outside it did not seem as big as it actually was. Inside, the hotel opened up on several floors with spacious hallways and rooms. We were surprised by the convenient and modern layout, as we could easily get to our room by elevator from both the parking lot and the reception. Our room was very modern, spacious and clean. The room was not equipped with air conditioning, but when we opened the balcony door, the room was cooled by a pleasant cool mountain air. The property has free parking outside and in the garage. There aren't many spaces on the street, but there was enough for everyone. We were traveling with dogs and this hotel is dog friendly. There is an additional fee for them. Very kind staff, interested and polite, also showed us around the hotel and took us to the room. We still managed to enjoy the magic of the SPA and the pool. The rooms were clean, everything looked modern, the pool and the water were also clean. We were able to enjoy a swim in it without any disturbance. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast because we left early.

Pretty much everything. Staff was helpful. Dog got a doggy blanket, bowls and bag of duck treats. We could go for an ease walk along the river. With a dog you can eat in the Wintergarten which is the best place to eat anyway. Our dog didn't want to leave. Haha There is a big Finnish sauna next to the pool and a jacuzzi. Open from 7 till 22:00. As well a separate sauna section with different kind of saunas a relaxation room with a view to the mountains. Open from 14:00 till 20:00. There common activities like sauna infusion and yoga aerobics, kino. I can imagine it is a great hotel for every season. There is a Mittagessen with soup, salad and dessert included in the half board. Room was great. Got tea, coffee.

We (2 adults, one teenager and one 9 year old + one dog) enjoyed very much our stay at hotel Brennerspitz. The room was big and comfortable, the food was good, the location amazing. But what really made it super special were the amazing people from the staff: from the reception to the restaurant - everyone was super helpful , offered us a lot of useful information on the best things to do in the area and went out of their way to make our stay as lovely as possible. The pool was the cherry on top. There are some great hiking trails in the area , for beginners and advanced hikers alike. We will definitely be back again and recommend this hotel to all our friends!

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, modern. The facilities was great we enjoyed the pool especially the outside one and also the sauna and wellness. The staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. It was also very convenient to lend bicycles and hiking equipment from the hotel (all was of good quality).

The hotel Alphof was a great hotel! The room was very clean, the food was great. The best part about the hotel was its staff, who were incredible. Every question we asked was answered with a smile and a solution that exceeded our expectations. The Stubai super Card is a great asset to this hotel, we have made great use of it.

Typical Tyrol town which goes out of it's way to welcome tourists with helpful staff in the tourist office and lots of events. Great centre for walking with buses up and down the valley and a total of four lifts to the high places.

Excellent base for exploring the Stubai valley. Train and buses easily accessible. Stubai card good value, as long as ski lifts are used, otherwise it may work out too expensive. Stunning scenery all around.

The region is perhaps better known for skiing, but it's also...

The region is perhaps better known for skiing, but it's also a great summer destination. I recommend zipping down the Serles on the summer sled track, but be prepared to queue for a while (or try to arrive very early). You can walk up or take the Serlesbahnen lift up. There's a fun little water park at the top, and some very nice (also family-friendly) hikes for example to Maria Waldrast, where there is a fountain with allegedly healing waters. Schlick 2000 is an obvious peak to visit and walk around, but the Elfer opposite it also has a lot to offer (if you like hiking, try the trail that goes to Pinnisalm about an hour away - there are amazing views into the quiet inner valley along the way). It's also quite mesmerizing to watch the paragliders take off from the Elfer. The Stubai glacier is incredibly popular. If you are relying on the bus to get there, prepare for a quite full bus. About the buses in general: you can't get everywhere by bus, and sometimes the buses to the glacier or Innsbruck are very crowded. I would welcome it if there were more buses, and routes that lead to some of the side valleys.

Special!!

Special!! Inspiring to the point where you almost forget where you are coming from. Rural and peaceful to thoroughly enjoy long walks through nature. Our longest walk was from Mieders to Neustift and we loved every moment of it. We do hope and look forward to going back to Mieders in the future. Transport from/to Innsbruck and to the glacier area is frequent and very efficient. There is not a lot of restaurants, but, the ones available are awesome!!.

There. is a restaurant near the hotel Stubai that offered very friendly service and excellent value for money. I could not eat or drink in Hotel Stubai because the owner randomly decided to close it 24 hours before my arrival. Had I known,I would have cancelled but cynically,thery notified me after the cancellation period had elapsed.

If you like beautiful views and excellent hiking...

If you like beautiful views and excellent hiking possibilities, this is a place for you. Dozens of different hiking paths in different small towns located not far from each other. Recommended to book an accommodation with Stubai Super Card to enjoy free public transport and cable cars. We initially booked three nights, but decided to book three more because this magnificent place.

It’s probably a ski resort but we stayed in the summer and it was great. Lots to do, cable cars up to the mountains and stunning scenery and loads of walks and hikes for all abilities along the valley.

This place is fantastic.

This place is fantastic. There are so many beautiful places to visit in the area: many mountains with amazing hikes, lakes and pools to swim in, playgrounds for kids, good restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck is great too.

On one hand, it is very central - close to Innsbruck, but on...

On one hand, it is very central - close to Innsbruck, but on other hand, if you want to go directly to Innsbruck direction without spending time, you have to pay 3.5 Eur to use the bridge (same is on the way back). If you don't want to pay, you will go to Innsbruck 45 minutes instead of 20 minutes. Similar is for any time that you need to go to Innsbruck direction or to the right direction (east) from Innsbruck.

This is an amazing hotel with great staff that offered excellent service! The restaurant was perfect and the food was delicious! While we only stayed one night on our way to Italy, the hotel would be extremely well-suited for an extended stay, either during summer or winter! We’ll definitely be back to explore Innsbruck and go skiing this winter, and when we do we will be staying at this hotel! Five star destination for sure!
