Exceptionally good location, walking distance from the old town, Shirvanshah palace and Maiden tower. The room is spacious and modern. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive - we were given a city map and wonderful advice on how to walk to the main attractions. Roof restaurant is also very good and not expensive. Overall, amazing experience, definitely value for money!

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences we've had in general, across more than one country. We told them we were celebrating our birthday, and Elmira upgraded our booking to a suite and even provided a cake. Elmira made the stay truly wonderful and made us fall in love with Baku. This was our first experience in Baku, and it definitely won't be our last. It will always be my favorite hotel and my first choice for accommodation in Baku. The entire hotel staff was very respectful, and there was another person named Laurent (or Lorin) who was extremely helpful. ❤️

There was a snowstorm when I landed ( never seen anything like this in 26 years) they told me,so I stayed in Flay Inn Airport hotel. They took good care of me and managed a car to go to Shahdag when everyone said it's impossible to get a car in this weather. But Kanan the Front Office Manager made it happen and arranged a luxurious car in 1 hour for me to continue my trip. Thank u sooo much u r the best 👌

The hotel is new and well kept, with a very central location that made it easy to walk everywhere. The whole place felt clean and comfortable. Staff across the board from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping were consistently kind and helpful. Special thanks to Sabrina, Cavidan, Ibad, Tural and everybody else for their thoughtful service. Overall a smooth, pleasant stay and I’d happily come back on my next trip to Baku.

The property, with its beautiful beach along the Caspian Sea, was absolutely perfect, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their helpful, supportive, and friendly approach stood out throughout our stay. We encountered some difficulties ordering a taxi due to street closures during the Formula 1 event, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and kindly drove us to our destination. The reception staff, cleaning team, and all other employees were consistently warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!

I loved the old city, walking there, I also loved the modern art museum. The space is not enough, so I think that museum should be in the Heidar Aliyev Complex. Also, there many visit to do outside Baku

Baku has a great combination of modern and historical...

Baku has a great combination of modern and historical architecture with great coastline walk. You could enjoy the historical city centre and then just turn around and see the Flame towers. Great for walking. People there are very polite.
