Everything, I fell sick on my first day of arrival in Bhutan and requested an early check in and they accommodated me without any question. During my stay , they constantly checked on me and asked if im feeling better and if i needed anything. The heated mattress was a life saver to me. All the ladies attended with a big smile and were very respectful. I didn't get their names but Thank you so much to all the ladies in Ludrong Hotel for a top notch hospitality.

Great place to stay. Easy to find. Rooms are very spacious, incluidng a kitchenette, warm and have a very nice view of the Parliament. Quiet during the night. The wc is large and modern. Hot water is available. The host and staff are all very nice. Breakfast and food are also very good and affordable. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent location near the start of the trek. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nimdem was attentive throughout, from looking after suitcases when we arrived early to offering to book a taxi when she noticed mine was late. Excellent internet. Warm room even though we were high up in February. Warm fire in the bar
