Very understanding staff. Had problems with my payment made contact with me over the issue and allowed me time to resolve the issue with my bank. Food in hotel restaurant was also excellent.

Beautiful clean room very good breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly next to a shopping centre and large supermarket the town was really lovely and very close train station good for travelling into zurich would recommend staying in this town and catching train to zurich 20 min train ride rather than staying in zurich itself zurich is very expensive
