Superb hotel in a stunning location. The staff were tremendously helpful - sorted our park tickets and transfers without a hitch. The pool was a godsend after a day's hiking, and the breakfast was top-notch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely return!

The location is amazing ,just next to the Baofeng Lake. Here is a beautiful swimming pool and creek, as well as the spectacular Avatar mountain. they will you drop you off at the national forest park (few minutes by drive in the morning ) . Everything was perfect and we wished our stay there lasted longer.

I don't know where to start, but I know how I ended up feeling: like if I was hosted by family member, just after three days. The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.

The room was spacious and a stunning view of the AVATAR mountains, which made the experience feel immersive. The location is also a major advantage being so close to south gate of the National Park entrance. The owner offer free shuttle service to south gate to made it easy to start each day. The staff were helpful during our stay. They assisted with booking park tickets and arranged both airport and west station transfers, which made the trip run smoothly. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone who want to explore Zhangjiajie Park.
