We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's prime location and comfortable accommodations. The surrounding area provided an excellent opportunity to experience local daily life, with a wide variety of dining options available. The convenient 7-minute proximity to FUGIN metro station allowed us seamless access to all our intended destinations. We particularly appreciated the authentic Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service, consistently demonstrated genuine helpfulness and courtesy. Xishu Garden Inn is a really lovely place to stay. We had a big comfortable corner room with city views in 2 directions. I loved the bath. The location is great. Close to monastery and interesting area with walking street and old characterful buildings , and a short walk from the metro. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Best of all were the helpful friendly staff, who provided lots of local guidance, and organised a great itinerary so that we could make the most of our short transit stop over in Chengdu. Thank you Sophie and the team!

Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel! A special thanks to Ankita, Kiki and TT who made our stay in Chengdu even more memorable.
