An exceptional location. We loved every minute of our stay and the surrounding walks. Food was delicious and well priced. We loved the service and the cosiness of the cabins. It was one of our highlights of our whole Cabo Verde adventure.

Great location and view, very beautiful hotel, pool area and rooms and above all the most friendly staff and manager/owner you can find. Diner and lunch were also very good, they only offer what the fishermen have catched that day which means everything fresh!!!

It was wondeful to stay here. VERY friendly and informative staff - good breakfast providing exactly what You need - comfortable bed - and real fast WiFi. On top of this came a FANTASTIC undisturbed view from the room to a wide canyon and to the Atlantic Ocean where the sound of the wawes gave a true feeling of tranquility. Also the location of the hotel was the BEST in town. On a beautiful square with the old cathedral on one side, the ocean on the other side and the hotel in between. Nothing could have been better for the moderate price. There is some renovation taking place but this gave NO PROBLEMS for my stay...

Lea and Joao are super nice and always there for you in case of questions. They organized everything for us that we wanted (transfer, tour to sleep on the volcano, etc.) ☺️

We were very well received by our hosts. They don't have electrical power, so they use solar panels to provide their guests with electricity and warm water, because of this we felt very lucky and welcome there, since they don't even have a fridge, so they can provide this to their guests. The food is also incredible and they serve very well, with great breakfast. They also were able to provide us transfer and a guide to climb the volcano, who was very kind and help us a lot. We recommend this place if you plan to climb the volcano.
