The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen and common space were lovely as well as the bathroom. They were very clean and the sauna was a nice to relax after being out and about! The rooms were very comfortable and sound-proof!

Location and breakfast very good ( although yiu didn’t have boiled eggs:( The apartment was outstanding. Perfectly appointed with furniture and all possible appliances etc Bed was comfortable. Staff excellent. Can’t say enough. We’ll stay with yiu when we hopefully come back to Copenhagen someday!!

It looks amazing. Staff is very accommodating, quick to respond to your needs and unpretentious. Comfortable beds, nice rooms. The pool area is something else it just looks like you're somewhere exotic and not downtown Copenhagen. Spa is so good, I especially liked the sauna and went 2 times in 3 days. Amazing breakfast and wish I had been hungrier so I could have eaten more of it 😋 The Eco Essentials line that they provide as hygiene supplies in the rooms and at the spa is the best I've ever encountered at a hotel. I'm seriously considering buying some to keep at home. Overall, the best hotel stay and experience I've ever had. It is on my bucket list to come back and bring my husband with me 🤩 Thank you and I hopefully will be back.

Pretty much everything. The location, the atmosphere, nice bar/lounge to sit and work/relax in, great Italian restaurant with outside area. Nice breakfast, super outdoor courtyard, very friendly staff, hardwood floors in bedroom, comfortable beds and bed linen. The best was the cleanliness in the room, breakfast room service with amazing granola and home made jam and the best brewed coffee! (so happy it’s not espresso machine coffee like so many other trendy hotels have today). Perfect with the cold water in fridge and the nice mugs were a nice touch 😊. I felt like I was in a home more than a hotel. Fantastic place. Will absolutely stay again.

The staff was really nice and helpful. I wanted to make sure I'd be able to stay in a quiet room so that I'd be able to focus on some academic work I would need to carry out those days there and the receptionist was very understanding about my situation. All in all, there wasn't any noise, and the cleaning staff was very polite too. The buffet service is excellent and there's a wide range of food to choose from with really good quality (from fresh bacon and eggs to fresh Danish smørebrød bread with dairy and cold sausages). I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I visit Copenhagen.

Even though the hotel is located 1 metro stop from the airport on the outskirts of the city, it doesn't matter at all in Copenhagen. A sbahn is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which takes you directly to the center (Norreport station) in 15 minutes. We recommend buying a single public transport ticket (train/bus/metro/sbahm) through the DOT Tickets application. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, comfortable mattresses, clean bathroom. There is also a large store nearby, open every day from 7 to 24. Hot water, microwave, toaster and plates/bowls are also available at the reception.

I do think that Copenhagen is one of the nicest cities that...

I do think that Copenhagen is one of the nicest cities that i visited, it is full of friendly locals who all speak great english. Transportation is great and easy with the automatic metro trains. The buildings are rather beautiful (all the castles, churches or the town hall), not only the old part of the city, the Danes do have a knack for design, even the newer parts of the city looked very inviting. I stayed here the second time in 10years and i still didnt manage to experience all the attractions to the fullest extent i intendet to. So a another trip to Copenhagen it is :) The only negatives i would have is that the city is quite expensive (depends on where you are from), restaurants do close way earlier than anywhere else (many at 9PM/9:30PM) and the main attractions all open at 10AM and mostly close at 5MP - so if you want to pack them in a weekend trip (i mostly mean guided tours inside the attractions - not only looking at them from outside) you simply cant see everything that you planned for. If you ignore Roskilde/Hillerode and Elsinore i think the time pressure falls a bit off. On the other hand these very nice castles usually dont offer so many guided tours in english, and sometimes the times overlap.

It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I would say the staff in the 7 eleven at the station I do like the best, however at late card terminal may not be operation. Feeling safe.

The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so,...

The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so, it was very easy to get to central station which gives you access to all the trains that will get you to where you want to go. You can catch a train direct from the airport to Tastrup train station and walk less than 5 minutes to the hotel.

And therefore it was a bit annoying that the house was so noisy - late at night as well as early morning... The staircase especially was making a lot of noise.. It made me feel nervous that somebody was coming down to me - a lot of times...( I was in basement! ) I couldn't open a window either, just the door if I wanted some fresh air, and that wasn't very nice either... The room (s) were too big and 'spread out' in different 'sections', and that wasn't cozy in my eyes...There wasn't a 'night-lamp' near the bed that worked, only a lot of spot lights in the ceiling... Not that cozy even if the volume could be turned down... The man of the house seemed very nice, I met him on the way to the house, - as I was asking for advice concerning some road-maintenance obstacles that were in my way to get to the house. So they are most likely were nice people ... But I guess a big part of my disapointment comes from the fact that this stay was more expensive than a night in Hotel Zleep - also in Ballerup, 3 weeks ago...There I had a quiet room, no sound from the building, view to a lake, nice bed, a window I could open, GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED, everything clean and everything easy and flexible in terms of checking in and out etc. Much easier and more comfortable for me... So I will chose that next time...

Very clean, newly renovated, quiet. The room well appointed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a small shopping area with a supermarket,small restaurants and every convenience very close. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so maybe not ideal if you are sightseeing in Copenhagen, but it’s on a bus line. My only small gripe- the pillows were small and we could have used two each and the winter bedcovers were too warm for June. Otherwise a great hotel where we will definitely stay again.

It's a quiet hotel, even though it's on a busy road. The guests room are in a wing off the back, where it's nice and quiet. Breakfast was good though coffee disappointing, compared to other hotels we've used in Europe. We would stay again

A lot of noise made it impossible to sleep, also missing...

A lot of noise made it impossible to sleep, also missing curtain made the room full of sun in the morning. There were no hooks or storage for clothes nor luggage. No curtain around shower making the bathroom all wet, and no ventilation.

We have visited CPH before and knew what to expect.

We have visited CPH before and knew what to expect. It is a compact city with a Metro which makes moving about easy, We are vegetarian and found a couple of Danish restaurants with great menus. The Danes are very friendly and all speak excellent English.

Nice hotel, nice rooms and friendly people at the reception. Great breakfast ! The hotel is located very near to the trainstation which is a big advantage if you want to travel by public transport. We had a very nice stay here !

Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need.

Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need. The bus connections are good, they are frequent and it only takes around 35 min by train from Copenhagen central station, path to walk and bike are well made to everywhere.
