My stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. One of the standout features for me was the impeccable cleanliness—every corner of the property felt spotless and well-maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The quality of the food, the presentation and the variety offered were all outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay.     A Wonderful Hotel with Excellent Service! We were extremely pleased with our stay at Concorde El Salam Cairo Hotel & Casino! It’s a fantastic place with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very polite and attentive. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants—each area offers something unique, and the food is truly delicious. We were also impressed by the service. We checked out early in the morning, and the hotel arranged a special shuttle for us so we could sleep a little longer. When we found out that our flight was canceled and delayed, we returned to the hotel, and they gave us our room back. Such a level of care and professionalism is truly remarkable! We are very happy we chose this hotel, and we will definitely plan to return in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service in Cairo!

    Everything about this hotel was First Class and amazing. The garden area and hotel premises were very nice and clean. Reception staff and house cleaning staff were very kind, hospitable, and friendly. We had an issue in our room, and the reception staff changed our room immediately with an upgraded room. We can not forget that they gave us upgraded room on a small complaint. Staff gave us very much respect and tried to help us throughout our stay. I thank all the staff from my heart.     Nada is an amazing guest relation employee. She sent me a message every day to check how my stay was going, and any request or recommendation was promptly attended to. I complained that the breakfast didn't have many fruit options and she guaranteed a plate of fruit every day in my room. although the hotel has some points of improvement, Nada makes the experience wonderful.

    My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

    My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

    Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

    i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

    We picked 2 completely different areas to stay in Cairo...2 days in Giza near the Pyramids. And 2 days in downtown Cairo opposite the Egyptian Museum. Shopping at Khan e Khalil market was a super experience. Also eating the local food on the street was memorable. UBers are very affordable but you HAVE to have the numbers in Arabic on your phone. We got into the wrong Uber twice coz we could not read the number plates.

    The Pyramids and the Market were the most exciting.

    The Pyramids and the Market were the most exciting. The museums (We asked a question and no one knows the answer). Alexandria has repaired so many of the ruins that they look like new... Too many beggars on the streets, and it's hard to get them to leave you. I think the limit for staying in Cairo is 3 days.
