They are very kind, friendly and hospitable. The hotel is genuinely one of the most beautiful hotels you can find in Cairo. Yes, you might find cheaper options, but believe me, the compromise on quality isn't worth it. We stayed here for three nights and then decided to extend our reservation for another day, but there was no availability, so we found a different, cheaper hotel. That's when I truly realized that the Sayyed Efendi Hotel is one of the finest hotels in Cairo. If you can find an available room, I'd say don't miss it. In Cairo, you'll likely be out exploring all day, and when you return to your room, it feels like a remedy to step into a space isolated from the city's chaos and noise. All the employees, especially those at the reception, were incredibly friendly, and chatting with them was a lot of fun. The beds and pillows we slept on were very comfortable. Absolutely no noise came into the room, which is a very important detail. And to get to the part that truly enchanted me: the bathrooms were wonderful. You can wash away the day's fatigue under a great shower. Frankly, I stayed at another hotel in Cairo, and it was nothing like this. Believe me, in a country like this, the comfort of the shower you take when you return to your room in the evening is very important. Your towels are changed daily, they provide high-quality shampoo and shower gel, and there's hot water available at all times. As for the breakfast, it's also one of the best you can find in Cairo. While there are local varieties, there are also flavors to suit everyone's palate, so don't worry, you won't go hungry (at worst, you can have cereal). There is a very nice rooftop terrace where breakfast is also served. It’s like a cafe, and it's a separate pleasure to come up in the evening and chat in the cool air. We arrived early, and they did everything they could to help us.

The concierge desk at the Dusit has been a true highlight of my stay, providing outstanding service. I would like to especially commend Moustafa Ayad, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in arranging a last-minute trip to the Pyramids and organized emergency airport transport when our Uber was significantly delayed. Moustafa was highly attentive, staying on top of our requests well into the evening. This has been the best concierge service I have experienced across all the hotels I have stayed in. Additionally, the airport pick-up service is exceptional, as they assist with visa formalities and fast-track you through immigration in just 15 minutes, bypassing the long queues—a real VIP experience! The staff is called Yasser.

Very comfortable for transit flights, transfer to/from the airport is available, I had an upgrade and complimentary late check-out, reception staff was extremely nice, I liked the room, it was big and quite, I liked complimentary fruits in the room-that was as well for the late dinner, as I arrived late at night. But they have 24 hours room service as well.

Cairo is chaotic, crowded, unfathomable to outsiders, and...

Cairo is chaotic, crowded, unfathomable to outsiders, and unforgettable. The urban maelstrom is not for the faint of heart, but for those who are willing to surrender to its madness, the rewards are manifold. I highly recommend a guide and a driver (Real Egypt is your top-notch go-to for organizing everything). Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT attempt to drive in Cairo. Do visit both the GEM and the National Museum. Wander the streets of medieval Cairo. Visit mosques from different eras. Of course visit the pyramids at Giza, but don't miss Saqqara for a better experience. Explore the delta and have lunch at The Lotus Farm. Enjoy Cairo in all of its exhausting splendor and squalor!

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

We had an amazing time in Cairo,will be back,we were helped by our amazing guide ,we called him Teddy,over six foot and big like a bear and a wonderful safe driver Said ,all from Egypt Best Vacations company run by Mr EssamAli.,So many wonderful things to see and experience,Yes, the city is messy ,yes many buildings are in disrepair,forget all that,talk to the locals,they are so friendly and love to laugh,this is my third visit to Egypt but I will return to see the new museum which we missed by 3 days.Love Egypt.

Dont stay here is the best review and advice I can give anyone. The location is good but the apartment is terrible. There is too much to write about but I started looking for an alternative 10mins after I got there.

Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

Cairo is a very intense and chaotic place.

Cairo is a very intense and chaotic place. We spent one day exploring Giza area and another day exploring Old Cairo. The pyramids were amazing, from Giza to Saqqara. Old Cairo is very cool in its own way, but honestly I would have preferred to cut my stay by 1 day to add an extra day in Luxor. Unfortunately, I got to the city when the GEM was closed so I didn't get to see it. Cairo museum was good but a bit run down.

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
