We stayed at this hotel twice while in Tbilisi. The second time we cancelled another reservation so that we could stay at Strofi once more before we flew out. On both occasions we had very late check ins and the staff were accommodating and communicated with us before our arrival. The room was great and everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also friendly especially Mariami at reception who also helped us book a transfer to Kazbegi. Highly recommend.

It’s the first and only place I found that really created and pioneering true wellness concept in Georgia. Not in a superficial way but truly in foundational way. And I am talking as someone working in Welness business. In my opinion, quality is even better then I have experienced in other welness places in other countries. I was worried that pictures were too polished and will not represent reality (like in many other places in Georgia) but actually I found the place even nicer then in those nice pictures already. I happened to meet the owner and it really touched me how much heart and soul he puts in this place with his own hands, he cares about all the details in the genuine way. And you can feel that in the place. Going home with very positive and almost surreal experience… Please keep that level of professionalism, focus on health throughout all place in growing this super unique and creatively authentic place. People working here are amazing, very kind. In this place in my opinion there is everything that would be needed (working space, restaurant, cafes, laundry, kitchen). Prices are low comparing to quality. My room was very good, quiet, clean, comfortable with nice view. I felt safe in this place. Also bathrooms are very clean and big. I would recommend 100%.

The city was very safe to walk around, day or night. There are some very nice bars and restaurants, some with live entertainment, in the city centre. Check out the amazing Georgia Chronicles in Tbilisi while you're here. Try out the metro underground as it's very cheap at 14 pence a ride. That's half a Lari in Georgian money. 4-5 days is enough for a stay in Tbilisi. I stayed 9 days, which was way too long.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

Good place to visit. Good & helpful people. Can find variety of food to eat. There are good restaurants which serve food from different parts of world. Getting around Tbilisi is very easy. We did take Didi rides & Subway. Subway connectivity is good. Everyone should ride the subway. It connects you well with local people. Overall good experience. Definitely planning for another vacation to Tbilisi

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

I found the residents not very friendly.

I found the residents not very friendly. This could be due to a general lack of talking in English. It was very simple to change money and it was only necessary to present your passport with high amounts. Traffic in the city is congested but the metro offers a very affordable alternative for the city at 1 Lari (USD0.3) per ride. Whenever you rent a car note that filling stations do not generally have compresses air. Petrol quality differs. There are plenty of very nice restaurants offering good wines. Saperavi is the red cultivar of choice. Restaurants are not well advertised and one must make effort to find them.
