A great place to relax. Far from the city. Quite a large swimming pool, two minutes to the private beach. There are enough sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool, so everyone will find a place. (There is no nasty habit of reserving sunbeds at 6 a.m.) The food is fantastic - very, very good and varied, everyone will find something for themselves. Great service, everyone was very nice and helpful. Good internet connection also on the beach. In general, there is a very good atmosphere in the hotel - more family-like - and makes it even easier to relax. Many thanks to hotel staff for one of the best holidays in my life.

This place was exactly what we were expecting from viewing the online photos. The triple rooms are perfect for families with one or even 2 children (smaller one) and they are like 20steps from the beach. They come equipped with a small kitchen that has everything needed: 3 large plates, 3 small plates, 3 forked, 3 spoons, etc, a bigger and smaller pot, am electric kettle, independent working fridge and an electric stove. We were informed since arriving that the cleaning and changing of the bedsheets and towels was done every 3 days. Good points: - was impressed with the cleaning ladies, I once left something in the kitchen from that morning thinking I would wash it in the afternoon when returning from the beach and found it washed. - was impressed they have us dish detergent and a new, sealed dish sponge (I really dislike using someone else's sponge). - we received also an anti-mosquito device to plug in (although we did came prepared). - it is extremely well positiones if you don't want to use your car daily: there's tons of taverns to chose from, supermarkets, 20m from the beach and also very close to a nice view-point area were you can enjoy your morning coffee on a bench, viewing all Sarti Beach and sea. - the host is somewhere nearby so if there is any issue he will come in few minutes (and is also very responsive on WhatsApp)

Having access to the beach and pool was great, even if it was a bit cold to use them. The breakfast buffet was amazing, we really enjoyed it. The room was spacious, with all the amenities we could have wished for. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom nice too.

You rarely find a hotel that makes you want to return, but Ammouda Villas is one of those rare places. As Hotel Manager Yannis mentioned, if you stay at Ammouda Villas once, you'll want to come back again. And it's true—we were very pleased with our stay at Ammouda Villas. The location is excellent. It is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sithonia peninsula. The Ground Floor Villa we stayed in had its own private sun beds, which provided a great deal of comfort. You can go to the beach at any time of the day and use your own private sun beds. The house has everything a family with children might need. The cleanliness is top-notch. Ammouda Villas has a large organic garden, and hotel guests can use the products grown in this garden for free. In fact, you can pick any vegetable or fruit you want yourself. You can have fresh vegetables for breakfast every day. Every kind of vegetable you could think of for breakfast is available. There are many nice restaurants close to the hotel. You won't have any trouble finding quality food. And most importantly, the hospitality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The most special person is the hotel manager, Yannis. Yannis is very helpful in every aspect and establishes a close and sincere relationship with you. We are also very grateful for the surprise treats he provided us every morning. The hotel owners are very accommodating and helpful. They are always willing to advise and help. The hotel is very clean and pleasant to stay. The location is right by the beach. There are outdoor showers in the garden next to the hotel, which you can use when you return from the beach. The hotel has its own beach bar. They offer drinks and food from their own kitchen. Food and drinks are brought directly to your sunbed.

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous...

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

Nikiti is an ideal town for families with children, especially those aged 1–12. Everything is within walking distance. The beach and sea are perfect for kids, and the restaurants are family-friendly. There are also toy machines for children to play with. However, it might be a bit boring for young couples without kids, as there aren’t many entertainment options such as night clubs or disco bars.

The roads surrounded by lush green trees and the coves we visited were stunning. The sea was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking, though it was a bit crowded. In the evenings, the activity dies down quite early, and the roads become empty around 10 PM, whereas in city centers, the liveliness continues into the night.

The beautiful village, peaceful, clean, very near to the sea (Trani Ammouda, large, sand beach with beach bars and free space for your umbrellas if you like). Every Wednesday there is traditional live music in the centre of the town. All beaches in Sitonia from this village are very close

The beach was beautiful. The town was nice. I would definitely come here again. It is easy to get around in Ormos Panagias We ate at the hotel, or local taverns, Simadi in Neo Marmaras was an excellent place to eat.

This place was too amazing to be put in words.

This place was too amazing to be put in words. The villa was very nice and so comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was decorated in such a stylish and beautiful way. It was so peaceful to stay indoors and exceptionally peaceful to be outside in the patio and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea. There were two amazing cafes which you could get to within one minute and the food there was amazing especially the Breakfast cafe which had the amazing omletes and very good machhiatto. The hosts were very kind hearted like no other we ever came across. They were regularly checking on us and whenever we needed any local information they were too prompt to respond wirh very exact details and information. They cared for us as if we were their family. The owner Zoe came to say goodbye to us in person and brought us a gift. The hosts should be voted the best hosts of the year, we have met many people during our travels and stayed in many places in Europe but no one can beat the comfort we found at Dimel and Dimel hosts. We will come back each year and highly recommended Dimel to our friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
