Service was fantastic! We got the room much earlier then expected. We also could use shower in the afternoon the day we left. Since we left in the evening and spent the day on the beach that really helped. Breakfast was also very good. We could choose between different things and they made it there and then. The room was big and the beds comfortable. We didn't use the pool since the beach was so good but it looked nice and on a windy day it could absolutly be an option. The hotel both pick you up and give you a lift from and to the ferrie.

Kiki upgraded us to a studio with two huge terraces. The view is beautiful, over Livadia and the sea. High-spec, super comfortable mattress and spacious apartment. She was very helpful, collecting us and taking us back to the ferry at the end of our stay. Yes the walk down to the village is quite steep in places but we enjoyed it. It's well lit and only takes 5-10 minutes.

The location is great, as it's just a little bit up the hill from the harbor. It's worth the walk, because the view is spectacular. We were picked up in the harbor and Kiki took care of all our needs. We had a misunderstanding in the booking, but Kiki immediately made sure that we had everything we hoped for.

A lovely place with an amazing staff/family that runs it. Simple, clean and nice size of the room. Right by the beach walk and sun beds are included. I did not have the breakfast but the simple lunches I had in the snack bar was great. I like that they save the books from the earlier guests when you need options. Over the years I have tried a few hotels/rooms in Tilos and this place are for sure on my top 3 list.

We loved staying here and are happy to recommend others to stay here too. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, beach and bus stop. Quiet and very spacious. The studio was big and well equipt. Great comfortable bed. Bathroom was good with good shower and plenty of hot water. Shower pressure was great. Good functional kitchen. The space was fantastic. We had 2 terraces, one private and the other could be shared. It's a quiet island so being able to chat to others was a nice. Alex, the owner was excellent to communicate with, replying promptly and always helpful. We were able to check our late on our last day. Much appreciated

I loved how comfortable the beds were and the fact that there was both an air-conditioning and a ceiling-fan in the room (very important for vacations in hot August). Moreover, there is a nice terasse on the top of the building with a nice view and where one can dry his/her laundries.
