Had an excellent experience. Good location a bit apart from the main strip, calm and quiet. Cleanliness is very much above the average compared to regular Indian hotel’s picture of “cleanliness”. Rooms are neat and comfortable to stay in. Staff is doing their real best to provide guests with caring and thoughtful service. Nice breakfast that would keep us full for at least half a day. Pool is tiny but still just enough for a morning or night refreshing swim. Any services requested would be provided, any issues would be handled. Booking pictures match what you actually find in the hotel. Located right between Calangute and Candolim, you can take a bus or taxi or bike ride to wherever you need quite easily. I’d recommend considering this place for you stay in Calangute.

This hotel is an oasis in the middle of Goa. Although the hotel is pricy, it is worth the money. The rooms and the whole surroundings of the hotel are clean, well set-up with a great attention to detail, the staff is beyond responsive and friendly and the food was amazing. Not just calangute...entire north goa is a hype in the...

Not just calangute...entire north goa is a hype in the social media. Terrible traffic and congested roads...you will waste most of your time travelling. Even 2km distance takes 30 o 40 mins . Very noisy beaches with filthy food and drinks overcharged and simply looting the tourists. Always check the price of the food and drinks in case you decide to eat something from the beach restaurants. Conclusion - south goa is the best and agoda fort/beach truly picturesque. Stay in south and just visit 1 or 2 beaches in the north preferably in the early hours (6 to 7am) and come back.

It is not easy to get around Anjuna, everything is very spread out and at night the wild dogs are quite agressive which I struggled with. I enjoy walking, but here you need to have a car / scooter or take lots of taxis. The market was good, we ate in nice restaurants like The Tanjore Tiffin (a bit more up market and we loved it), MS Slow Tide and Pirates Cafe on the beach. We also had a night out in Juna nightclub - good fun with great cocktails. Overall I didn't like Anjuna much, we were there in the low season and we struggled with getting around and all the dogs. It really depends what you're looking for, but for me Candolim was a better location and we left Anjuna early to return there.

Good locality.

Good locality. Not very close to busy side of Calangute and Baga. Not very far which is secluded. It is apt location as within 10 mins you can be on beach and busy place and can come back in quiet location for peaceful vacation. Also, for basic needs you have few stores nearby so you can manage easily with some restaurants nearby.
