I loved this place! Decor is beautiful. Excellent bathroom, with great shower pressure and hot water. Loved that the windows had screens so that I could let in the fresh air and not have to rely on AC. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the option of having it brought to my room. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The Peacock Restaurant at the sister hotel a short walk away had delicious food and great ambience. Overall excellent value for money (for both the restaurant and hotel).

It was a memorable stay in Maidens hotel. The room, clean, big and very comfortable. The staff was fantastic, from check in to check out and we enjoyed the food so much that we ate Indian food for all our meals. Perfectly balanced, tasty and variety for both western and Indian palate. Staff in the restaurant was just so kind and hospitable, special thanks to all of them and to Chef who came to see us and asked If we would like anything to eat apart from the menu.

It was my first time in India, and choosing the Taj was the best decision I could’ve made. The team made me feel cared for from the first moment—I even asked when to return to see the mountains green, as in May they matched the golden Ganga! As a solo traveler, I was touched by the thoughtful precautions—calls screened by reception, safety tips about monkeys, and a direct contact from security (thank you, Himanshee!). My villa was perfectly placed between yoga and reception, with a stunning Ganges view. Pawan and his team kept it pristine, adding lovely local spa treats and always stocking my favorite tea. Morning tea on the balcony became a cherished ritual. Hi-tea with Helmata-ji was a daily delight—black tea with ginger and cardamom, always divine. I also loved discovering the espresso machine, sipping a cappuccino by Bhagwat while gazing at the Himalayas—pure magic. Staying longer, the Rock Flour team quickly tuned in to my tastes. Special thanks to Dipak Kumar Singh for crafting fresh, healthy off-menu dishes that truly pampered my palate. Everyone’s kindness and smiles made me feel right at home. I came for “me-time,” and the daily yoga, meditation, and sound healing—plus private sessions—were everything I hoped for. Shivani, your guidance turned my stay into a true retreat. You are both a gifted teacher and now, a friend. For adventure, Jitendra’s team offered great experiences. Trekking with Ajay, a passionate mountaineer, was a highlight—sharing local lore, spotting wildlife, and guiding me to a village temple, even across the river by inflatable boat! All in all the stay at Taj Rishikesh was exceptional!

Jaipur has a lot of beautiful and interesting places, squares, and buildings to offer. The flower and vegetable market is absolutely worth seeing. The market streets in the city center, located in the pink quarter, offer a huge variety of goods. The city has an enormous amount to offer in terms of art, handicrafts, and architecture due to its rich history. It also boasts a wide range of culinary delights. A tip: make a list of places in Jaipur that you want to visit, find a local tuk-tuk driver, and book him for the whole day. It will be worth it!

Varanasi is a different experience as its vibrant and spiritual being one of the oldest cities in the world. The people the traffic jams the food the sadhus the ghats the aarti and more and not the least Kashi Viswanath Temple and The sacred Ganges river gives you goose bumps. But the crowd can be controlled inside the temple complex as it becomes a mess by the people from all over India being so very unruly and impatient for the glimpse of the lord by way of breaking the que, pushing other devotees and fighting with fellow devotees thereby the very essense of peace and tranquility is lost. If the devotees can follow strict routine set by the police and the temple authorities than the sanchity of the lord can be maintained with evry devotee getting a more peaceful and serene time with the lord for a longer time.

The access area of the Agra fort, which is one of the most popular historical monument, should be steered clear of hawkers and the area tidied for a more pleasant experience

It was horrible stay at Radha Krishna Bhavan Vrindavan , I booked 2 rooms as I have my Mother in law and Father in law with me and my husband. We checked in on time but we got only 1 room available , other room was not available and it took 5 hours to get that room. Room was very dirty , bedding was horrible with Spiders and human hairs every where , the towels they provided were so dirty you cant even touch that , they were white and due to dirt they got black , when i asked for another they didnt have anything in stock. There was no quilt was provided , they said they dont have any matrix to have during night if it will get cold. There were many occasions when electricity was not there , it was completely balck out . Washroom was too dark and full of flies there , It was extremely dirty , we checked out after 1 night only as that was not the place where a family can stay. Please remove this property from your listing , I dont want anyone to go through with this horrible experience.

Haridwar is a city of God .

Haridwar is a city of God . Awesome Morning and Evening Arti. My Family enjoyed alot . Market is very cheap. 2 days min required to see all temple. Station is very near . There is fight till Dehradun .
