United StatesShana Kay was extremely responsive. Roy is a gem and an asset. The apartment is exactly as the photos with minimal wear. Furniture comfy with no wear. Bed is on the firmer side, which I happen to prefer anyway. Both ACs work great. Fans work great. TVs work great. All the basic amenities of home provided. The balcony is everything. Harmony beach, fast food, and the craft market are all within walking distance. Walking is only for the adventurous as some portions of the sidewalk at dangerous road bends dont exist, but totally doable if you dont have transportation. Again, when available, Roy can take you to any of these places.

The entertainment staff made you feel welcomed. The dining was excellent. Great food and service. We were impressed. Thanks to the staff in the Rose Hall Dining area especially Darren and Trudy Ann. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. We enjoyed the karaoke too.

Easy to get around. Knutsford express to most places in Jamaica and charter and private taxis.
Easy to walk around if you’re not adverse to sunshine.

Montego Bay was absolutely breathtaking — the views were stunning, the people were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was full of good vibes. Unfortunately, the hotel I stayed in was in poor condition and really should be closed until proper repairs and renovations are completed.
