Our holiday in Amman was great thanks to this hotel and the staff! All the hotel staff are very attentive, polite and caring. The pillows are soft, 24/7 hot water in shower and fast wifi non-stop, good cleaning in out room and clean towels every day, delicious breakfast and lunch or dinner on the menu, delivery to the room at any time. My husband had a birthday and we with the administrators organized a special surprise for him, it was amazing! The hotel staff became real friends for us. I highly recommend this hotel, my highest recommendation for professionalism and service!

Everything was spot on. Staff so very friendly and always willing to help. Room was very clean and had everything what we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the 3 days we stayed there, the variety of products to enjoy ourselves were amazing. We came to this hotel because of its proximity to the city centre and it was great, our receptionist Amjad was a tremendous host, he gave us tips of the city, recommended where to eat and was very helpful. The hotel has excellent breakfast, nice rooms, comfortable beds, everything ok.

Everything was perfect on spot, Staff were very polite from the security to the reception and room service guys, the hygiene care and room service was very clean, no mistakes, we ordered in room breakfast and it was so nice they’re specific with time and if any delay will be present they will call you and inform you in advance , the 1 bedroom suite was VERY spacious, during the 4 days we stayed there was the new year’s eve, we never noticed any noise and the service was on spot regarding pillows, water, dining services, knowing that the hotel is almost full capacity with capacity ( u can notice how busy the reception was). We had the honeymoon set up as well and it was a very nice and simple. The boulevard and all shopping area is literally couple of steps away. I will stick with this Hotel for the rest of my holidays tbf .

Really nice, cute and confortable hotel, it was perfectly clean also. The location is great, not far from the beach and a lot of restaurants around. the breakfast was good with various options. Amman is just like any big city: crowded, heavy traffic, older downtown. I would recommend for shopping (best price for souvenirs; had I known, I wouldn’t have bought anything in Petra which was at least times more expensive than Amman). Also for a variety of restaurants and an interesting public market Al-Balad. If you don’t have time to go to Jerash, Amman has some interesting enough ruins like the Roman theatre, nymphoneum, and citadel.

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult...

Booking.com mistakenly listed our reservation for one adult instead of two, leading the hotel to unfairly charge us extra, despite the room being priced for two people. On top of that, the hotel provided no basic amenities like towels or extra bathrobes, making it the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Both good things and bad things to say: Good: Beautiful view Curious and friendly locals Good privacy Elevator Staff will arrange cheap airport-transport for you Bad: Terrible wifi that barely worked. Don't book this hotel if you need to do work online, unless you have a sim card from which you can hotspot yourself. Almost nobody around speaks English well, so communicating can be a big struggle Expect to be woken up by a prayer from the Mosque next door at 6 AM. However, they will be quiet for the rest of the night. Getting food is difficult. There is a coffee shop in the same building, but they don't serve food. 100m away there is a small takeaway eating place with cheap junk food. But there is no menu and they don't speak English well, so you just have to communicate with body language and hope they give you what you prefer. There is also a shop with snacks available there. No prices are displayed though. The staff will help you order takeaway, but a meal that makes you full costs around 6 JD, so be prepared. Expect imperfections in your room such as weak air condition, showering water that only gets a little warm, leaking toilet, weak flushing, and a bit of uncleaniness The beds are a bit hard, and the pillows are too big There is not really anything to see in the nearby area The light on the ceiling that illuminates the room shines very bright and white light that is kinda depressing at night

A pleasant, rapidly growing city.

A pleasant, rapidly growing city. Due to the language barrier and lack of English signage, taxi services were helpful. My taxi driver was repeatedly Wesam Ghareeb, whose services I can highly recommend. He is a good driver and can communicate fluently in English.

Very convenient place to stay on arrival or when you have an early departure from Amman QA Airport. The shuttle service is well organized, even in the middle of the night. Room is spacious, so are the beds, and clean. Bathroom convenient, water, tea and coffee available for free. Airco works well, and keeps noise of airport and highway out. They brought us to the car rental too, all for free. There is nothing in the neighbourhood, so really a place to spend the night. Value for money!

Guided walking tour of Downtown Amman was very knowledgeable to start your tour of Jordan. People are very friendly. Exchange your currency in the City through Western Union without any service charge whereas at the airport, they charge service charge.
