We felt like in our home, not in the hotel. An Interior and the room are so nice, with personal touch of the owners. We felt so welcomed there and I can only say THANK YOU. Dinner was so delicious, and breakfast was with lots of choices what to eat.

The staff was very kind & accommodating. We had booked one large room for our family of five & as it was undergoing renovation, they gave us two rooms for the same price, one of them very large with four twin beds & the other with one large bed adjacent. They arranged our pickups from the border & to the airport (for extra of course) & packed us a small breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Thank you Safa & Rami for everything. The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.
