    Staff was very kind. The nice guy at the reception welcomed us and gave us the possibility to choose a room. The building is nice and there are kingfisher paintings everywhere on the walls inside. Very good location at the Westlands with nice view from the balcony. The beds were nice and comfortable and the housekeeping was also very nice person. They clean and provide water every day. Pool was nice also.

    Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

    If you really want a lovely enjoyable holiday in Kenya that you will look back upon and make you want to return then do this.DO NOT STAY IN NAIROBI!!AVOID IT PLEASE.Fly straight to Mombasa and i promise you that you will have a great holiday and you will return to Mombasa.This is my true opinion and i hope it helps people not to make the mistake i made.

    The only city I know to have a National Park in the center...

    The only city I know to have a National Park in the center of town... if you like animals there's some interesting places nearby. Also a big National Museum with a snake house. My favorite was the orphaned elephant rescue center .
