We are extremely happy with our choice to stay at Jungle Addition. All staff members were kind, polite and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The hotel has more of a villa style feeling rather then hotel which we really liked. The jungle-feel atmosphere was a big bonus being in the city center and it really felt very shaded and natural. We enjoyed the possibility to use the facilities of their second hotel Penh House down the street as the rooftop pool and restaurant are unbelievably beautiful and provide a truly unique experience- we spent most of our time at that gorgeous pool- not to be missed! Also made use of the gym that is also located at the second hotel. We were very impressed with both hotels and had a complete and unforgettable experience.

A wonderful quiet boutique hotel in the middle of a lush garden with two pools. Our spacious room was right next to the swimming pool in the courtyard. The staff at reception and the pool bar were friendly and attentive. Breakfast has to be ordered from the menu, it was plentiful and tasty. Location was ideal - 10 minutes walk to National Museum and Royal Palace.

From the moment we arrived at Caravan Hotel by EMH, we knew we had made the right choice. This hotel quickly became our favorite in Phnom Penh, thanks to its exceptional service, beautiful ambiance, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. The reception team was warm and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant and Skybar staff were equally outstanding, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. A special mention to Manager Jack, whose hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable and we were able to feel his warm kindess during our stay. Big thanks to Nita at the Skybar for her kindness and attentiveness—she made our evenings extra special! The Skybar itself is a must-visit, offering stunning city views and a great selection of drinks. The restaurant is offering asian and european style menu, which was super great. It is difficult to exaggerate what an important part this hotel played in my life over the last week. While staying, my wife became ill, the management recommends a hospital and provided a driver. Day after day, as I was staying there alone, they expressed genuine concern and have kept in touch since. It was like having a hotel family! And, I couldn’t have been stranded in a better place - comfortable environment, great food!

Very good English speaking and friendly service oriented staff. While waiting for our late night flight, we could leave our luggage in a safe area, use the pool, AC sitting launch, enjoy the good food, and just feel good. Family of four. Highly recommend if you look for a quiet place in the big city!

The city is lively with lots of things to see without traveling far. Taking tuktuk is nice experience. Going to market is nice too. There are museums, temples within the city and restaurants are close to each other. I like the walking street and the golden temple.

Some great sites to visit in the city along with the rather grim (but necessary) genocide venues. Evening river cruise very good value and relaxing way to lose an hour. Huge weekend buzz on the Riverside walking street. Very busy and lively with plenty of street food offerings

A hidden gem. Great restaurants, magnificent river broadwalk, vibrant bars. Tuk tuks always available & cheap - but do negotiate price before getting in. Get an idea of what prices should be from your hotel or fellow seasoned travellers or locals.
