The dome concept was something we were drawn to, and it did not disappoint! The room was very big and clean, and both owner and staff were very helpful and kind. The accommodation is located high up in the mountain, therefore the night sky was very nice to watch as we could see a lot of stars, something that is quite rare when you live in the city. If we were to visit Oman again, we would surely book another night!

The house is situated in a small village. It has beautiful views of the mountains. The host was very kind and they offered very good breakfast and dinner. The house is large, with spacious kitchen - living room area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved the terrace with the view. Very quite place, but few steps from the start of the Balcony Walk route (approx. 5 minutes walking). There are no shops or restaurants, be ready for that. There is no signal in the house, but the WIFI worked very well. It is possible to reach it with 2WD car, but after our experience, we recommend to have 4WD car, the last 20 km to the village are quite rough.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs, Jabal Shams Villa is a country house surrounded by views of the garden.

The place is so good, comfortable and clean, but the best is their owners. They are the most incredible people I ever meet in a hotel, they will help you whatever you need, they will pick you if you need, they will be in constant contact with you to feel you safe, they are sooo kind and good people that this was one of my best experiences in this travel. You should go there,they are amazing in all ways!!!!!!!! Also they knew I was traveling solo and give their 200% to make me feel safe and good, I really really appreciate, they are amazing!!!!!!!
