We had a fantastic time at Hotel September. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, understanding, friendly, and always ready to help – we truly felt at home. The views from the room were absolutely stunning – waking up to that scenery was a real treat. The food was excellent – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. A special mention goes to the pool, which was clean, inviting, and perfect for a family. Overall, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very big room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, staff friendly and helpful, free parking in car park at the back. The hotel is above a 24 hour supermarket but we didn't hear any noise from it. Lots of restaurants nearby and the attractions of Drobeta-Turnu Severin are within walking distance. Breakfast was good.

My recent stay at Grey Residence was nothing short of exceptional. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the provided amenities were top-notch, catering to every need. The backyard was a true highlight – a tranquil space offering a welcome escape where guests can sit, lay down, and fully immerse themselves in the beauty and quiet of the garden. It was the perfect spot to unwind. Beyond the serene ambiance, the location of Grey Residence proved to be incredibly practical. Its proximity to Deobeta's biggest mall made it exceptionally convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing anything I might need. The employees were also a highlight of my stay – their warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced the experience. It was a shame we only stayed one night, but I will make sure to come back in the future. This is a really nice place in a great location allowing for really nice views over the Danube and the hills. Very clean, everything is well built, and thought through. The host is friendly and welcoming, the food was good, so all in all, highly recommended!

    I loved Severin's Fortress, it was such an amazing find and I could have stayed all day. The city itself is pedestrian friendly with a lot of options for eating. The weather wasn't great and the fountains weren't on but that's about the only bad thing I could say about the stay.

    I recommend hiking the "Ciucarul Mare" track and doing a bicycle tour along the Danube river, starting in the village of Eselnita and cover the most spectaculous part by going (at least) as far as Dubova.

    Szendrő is a beautiful town on the Danube.

    Szendrő is a beautiful town on the Danube. Famous for its vineyards and good wines. There are good restaurants on the beach and in parks near the beach. The castle itself is spectacular, but it is not in as good condition as the other renovated Danube castles (Ram fortress, Galamboc fortress, Fetislam fortress) whose renovation was helped by the EU and Turkey. The city is a good starting point for exploring Belgrade, the silver lake and the RAM fortress.

    There is a very nice lake “Silver Lake “ in vicinity of Veliko Gradište (5km), with beautiful nature, nice for swimming, paddling, fishing, walking and biking. Lots of restaurants during season ( May to October), Cafeteria’s, even Water Park. Recommend to visit. Nice historical monuments around.

    Golubac is developing, and for sure has a potential to become a proper tourist spot. Needs a bit of polishing, but people are friendly, helpful and with the big smile on their face. I am glad, Serbia started to understand the importance of tourism.

    A Danube River gulf between Big Boilers and Small Boilers, a part of river navigable only in the last 70-80 years. Before 1970s here were the Danube's Thresholds, similar to Nile Cataracts. Now this area is 100-200 meters wide with epic landscapes. One side is Serbia and another is Romania. The village of Dubova is like 200 houses, some along the gulf shore but the old village is uphill.

    The city is located near Dunav shore. There is city beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. I don't particularly like the urban organisation of the area. It seems like a bunch of houses without any order.

    City is nice you have big shopping centers big Market store tha Main street in downtown is full of Bars and simply small coffee_bars pizzeria in downtown name SanMarco is amazing pizzas are like in Italy in Rome and you have around a city 20-40km and you need a car ofcourse a lot monastery old Roman camp city just 10km from pozarevac and old Castle in Golubac 35km from the city but beautiful experience

    A nice not-so-little village along the Danube. Many hosting and dining opportunities. Both boat trips on the Danube as well as by car along the Danube are possible and rewarding. Serbia can be visited with ID card only, a nice surprise.

    Milanovac is a small town.

    Milanovac is a small town. People are friendly and welcoming, Town needs to get into a serious renovation, especially painting. During the season, it is a necessity to organize, at least some, evening attractions suitable to the place and local cultural image.
