Property is nice,we had a spacious apartment ,the beds are very comfortable ,the staff is very kind ,especially a girl and the guy who worked in the afternoon sift at the reception .We also had breakfast ,very good selection for everyone.They whole stay was fantastic and special thanks to the team for the little surprise they prepared for the birthday.

Hotel is amazing in every aspect you can think of. The breakfast is so tasty, so many choices, the staff is super accommodating, friendly, professional, willing to help with whatever you need. It has valet parking and a garage. The pool area is very clean and offers complementary water/fruit water. We were welcomed with a drink upon arriving and sweets in the room. The cleaning ladies are doing a great job every day, even if you call for them later in the day (had our room cleaned on the second day after 3pm while we were at lunch). All in all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Big thanks to our concierge Miloš who made sure we had everything we needed and much more!

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. Thanks for excellent hospitality. Jankovic

We like everything. We like a comfortable room, an excellent breakfast, a room service, a mountain view from the balcony. The pool was excellent and properly heated. I would definitely recommend the hotel. In our opinion, the hotel deserves an excellent rating of 10.

A beautiful, recently renovated hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and warm. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. The food is varied and delicious. In the lobby, there is a nice fireplace next to which it’s a pleasure to sit while the fire is burning. In the restaurant, the smoking area is separated from the non-smoking section (which is notably larger), so you are never in smoke or smelling of it, if you prefer not to. They have a large and secure children’s playroom in the lobby, which is a great option to keep them entertained if you’re traveling with kids. The pool and spa are also neat and clean. The hotel is close to the lake and the center of Zlatibor. There is parking in front of the hotel, behind it, and across the street. So, there is plenty of space. What I liked is that they have both Sport Club and Arena on TV, so if you stay at the hotel during a sporting event, you’ll be able to follow everything no matter where it’s being broadcast. This is usually a problem in Serbia, as we all know, due to the incorrect behavior of cable distributors. :)

Everything was great. The staff did everything in their power to make us feel welcome and accomodate us as best as possible. The breakfast was great. They upgraded us to a bigger room because our original room was in an area of the hotel without an elevator (and we were with a toddler). The room was very comfortable and big. There is a little play-room for small kinds, which is located right next to the cafe area of the lobby so you can have a drink while keeping an eye of your child. We just felt wonderful at the hotel.

Everything was as described, spaceous apartment, clean. Pool clean and enough for all the guests. We were there with teens, they enjoyed it! Location was perfect for us as not in the hustle and bustle of centre but close enough. 10-15min walk but there are closer food shops. Staff very helpful, a big shout out to Ljubica, thank you for all your help. Other girls were nice too, Tamara and the other lady (sorry don't know your name) All in all great, would highly recommend and return.

Zlatibor is great place to visit at any time of the year but...

Zlatibor is great place to visit at any time of the year but during holidays it can be really busy. My favourite places is the restaurant Rujno which I recommend, the area around the lake is great for walking , as well as a lot of nearby parks.

Location, view and access to mountains are wonderful. Grocery store is offering everything you might need, restaurant has amazing dishes and there's a lot of entertainment parks around for the kids. People are incredible.

Modern ski resort, longest gondola route in Europe, but not so spectacular like other places, good restaurants/food. A minus is parking reservation, not possible online for non Serbian residents (payment cash only).

Zlatibor is incredible place with a beautiful nature, lots of walking trails, plenty of markets where you can buy hand made goods ( wool vests and socks, jams, rakijas, creams and lotions for different health issues, honey and plenty more), plenty of restaurants and fast food options, lots of shopping places and plenty of entertainment at the central square! Beautiful balance between urban and quiet / city and mountain.
