Hotel Bor by Karisma is a brand new hotel located in a beautiful area not far away from the city centar of Zlatibor mountain. First of all I would like to point out that all the employees in this hotel are amazing and really kind. At the check in we were offered with the glass or champagne. We arrived at the hotel at 1 pm and the room was ready so they let us check in earlier which was really convenient for us. The superior room we got was spacious and well equipped. The shower worked perfectly with enough hot water. The heating in the room but also in the whole hotel was exceptional. The hotel area is very clean. The most thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast and the spa. The breakfast offered an extensive variety of options with freshly squeezed juices and the option to get a la cart eggs with truffles or avocado toast the way you like it. The spa area is amazing. There is a huge swimming pool with the water which was warm enough for swimming and relaxing. It's equipped with 3 different kind of saunas and one steam room. In the spa area you can't order the food but you can order some drinks and wine. I would like to praise the general manager Dragan S. for being very kind and always being around guests making sure that everything is fine. Jovana Z. a reservation agent was extremely kind and professional as well.

luxury apartment with two bedrooms. Great view. Perfect cleanliness. All the little things are thought out. We were upset that we had only one night in the apartment)) In the restaurant MISHA, downstairs, excellent breakfasts were included in the price of the apartment. Very kind staff.

We like everything. We like a comfortable room, an excellent breakfast, a room service, a mountain view from the balcony. The pool was excellent and properly heated. I would definitely recommend the hotel. In our opinion, the hotel deserves an excellent rating of 10.

Greeting by the young lady on arrival was first class. Place was beautiful, catered for everything and really enjoyed the little bit of serenity left at Zlatibor. Room was one if the best we gave stayed at. Would highly recommend to others.
