We stayed in Villa Taweevadh in a 1 bedroom villa, overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens and the beach. The villa is well appointed, very comfortable and has a spacious bathroom. Charras Bhawan is in a quiet area which is just what we wanted. We did take a taxi into Hua Hin but were so happy to get back to our villa and the gorgeous pool and clean, calm beach! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Pawan Restaurant which is on site. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is excellent. In fact, all staff on site are friendly and helpful. This is a well-maintained, well-run property and we highly recommend it. Thank you to all at Charras Bhawan who made our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return in the future with our family and will recommend Charras Bhawan to our friends.

The rooms are big and a good shape. Feels like you have a bedroom and kitchen. The pool was very clean. Plenty of off street parking. There is a restaurant as well. 7-11 is a short walk and there are a few other restaurants nearby.

This is a truly excellent place. A small boutique hotel for people who value a personal approach. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast must be one of the best I ever had, including various healthy options, while enjoying a magnificent view over the ocean. Great value for money. We loved our stay! Thank god we chose to stay at the Oceanside because we had no idea there were 2 different sides of the hotel. (U literally had to cross the street to get to the other side of the Villa just to use the bigger pool but we didn’t mind) Spent most of our times sun tanning by the Ocean and the food was great! Everything was great! Would definitely come back!

The very large and spacious room was big enough for our family of 6 to hang out and eat together and just relax together. The villas' privacy cannot be matched from the privacy of the rooms and even the privacy of the pool. A very nice hotel with caring and professional staff, we stayed for 4 nights, 2 in a private villa with a pool and another 2 nights in the beach villa. the breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect to have a few nights rest away from any hassle or noise. I like Hua Hin for its relaxed pace of living and...

I like Hua Hin for its relaxed pace of living and comparatively lower cost of living there. The beach area is a nice place to hang around and have food while taking in the ocean view. There are also quite a few other attractions to visit in or near the city and I would like to rent a room and live there for a month during my next visit.

This place is a gem.

This place is a gem. We visited in early November and were lucky to witness the Loy Krathong Festival. It seems to be slightly off the tourist route but it has everything we needed for a very memorable stay. There is a super weekend night market where you can try a variety of local food and snacks. There are a number of good coffee shops and restaurants serving local and western food. The temple on the hill is well worth visiting (the views are fabulous) as is the beach at Ao Manao. You can hire bicycles (50 baht per day) and cycle round the headland to the beautiful Kao Tha Mong Lai Forest Park, near Ao Noi. Altogether, Prachuap Khiri Kan is a really lovely place to visit.

You will need transportation—a motor bike or car—to explore the area. We were able to rent a motorbike through Palm Pran Resort. The roads are calm and navigation was easy. It was a fun way to explore the beaches and forest parks.

Nice beach, some activities, Kajak, ATV, restaurant, massage places, some caves. Some hotels are specifically kids friendly. Good beach if you want to relax or for a family. Not really for party people, only if you bring everyone for your party yourself. Also bring Moskito spray!

The beachwork construction is a major problem at the moment. This may continue until the high season. There are almost no places to eat and the convenience store would not change a 1000 baht note. The beach is dirty compared to others in Prachuap.

It's ok BUT........

It's ok BUT........Owner needs to invest on better toilet seat, that fits,.Better shower, and a bin in the rooms for rubbish. 2 rooms had none. Plus no glasses . Expected more Pond outside is nice but the grounds of the hotel has rubbish n left over bottles n cans in it. Wifi is poor, drops in and out. Garden needs cleaning n pruning. Not too much to ask for , is it ? It's clear the owner has not invested in the rooms and gardens upkeep which is a shame.

Rocky Point resort in Thap Sakeacis a fantastic relaxing place at the beach, not crowded, few great restaurants on the beach on easy walking distance. The resort also has a restaurant/bar which was closed while we were staying at the resort due to Covid 19 restrictions. However, they provide you with a menu so you can order food from a nearby restaurant which will be delivered at no extra costs at your villa. Bring some drinks for the evening and have a great evening on the porch. Breakfast however was served at the restaurant. FOR DOG OWNERS, the resort has a few villas designated for people who want to bring their dog. This service is free of charge so really great.

Hua hin is beautiful, just don’t stay at Luna Huts , that exactly what they are , huts . We found a gorgeous hotel, called white sands right on the sea front , no beach this time of year , but a beautiful garden, pool, so quiet , only 14 rooms , paradise . Prachuap is a delightful Thai town.

Prachuap is a delightful Thai town. The esplanade along the coast is super for walking, running, cycling. Ao Manao Bay is fantastic for chilling in a beach chair, zipping on a banana boat, or eating good Thai food. The weekend market has many different types of food and cheap clothes and accessories. There are also a couple of quality non Thai restaurants in the town, back from the coast and some good coffee shops. The temple on the hilltop is worth walking up, except for the monkeys. Ao Noi Bay and cave temple is really good too. Lots to see and do in Prachuap.

If you are a fan of sunsets and are not an early riser (to catch the sunrise), you should be on the opposite coast instead of here. If you are, however, an early riser, the beach here is very nice and the sunrise is to be anticipated with each day bringing a new experience. The resort properties here are generally nice but beginning to show the inevitable decline of western facilities in a tropical setting. As such, they are substantially cheaper than the 4 and 5-star resort properties, so if economy is your goal, these properties fit the bill.
